The team is investigating an issue where the Triple Laureate Hand Cannon's sound effects are not playing when used. To prevent an unfair advantage, the weapon has been temporarily disabled in Crucible activities.

@PaulTassi Hm. I would suspect that if it were the motherboard, all USB ports would be non functional or at least semi broken. Do you have another audio device you could try, such as a Bluetooth headset ? If that doesn't work my guess would be the audio chip on the motherboard is borked.

ask the audience: - my mic was plugged into my PC the same time as my controller, and got a "USB power surge" notification - this happens on every port with the mic now, happens with no other device - my webcam video works but nothing can detect the cam as an audio source now as backup can I fix this or am I screwed. I tried a number of troubleshoot steps but wondering if anyone has any additional ideas. Given what's happening with the webcam I'm not sure a new mic would even fix it

I'm curious: if Bungie ever did bring back old campaigns (Red War, Forsaken), would players who have left — for whatever reason — be interested in coming back and replaying them? And for how long? Would that get them to stick around for recent and upcoming content?
