@Cricketnation there is No one state side and no corporate stores they are all retailers and that's by design so that there is no accountability. Att. Is a financial institution and not a utility company or a tech company . And I would probably be OK with that...

@CricketSupport my data has been off for 2 weeks and I've made 16 call to customer care about this issue and there is only 2 notes on my account , at least 3 supervisors have told me they created cases and have me fake Cas e numbers because they had no interest in helping

@CricketSupport they I had a manager turn off my data services and no one has helped me get it back on and its been 2 weeks and the crazy part is I have his UID (GD548) and they won't even do anything about it.
