Worst experience from your support team, Your product is defective & runs at high speed on 1. Your team claims its a feature, whereas even cheaper fans functions better! I would not recommend @atomberg_tech to any one

I bought 3 Renese Prime fans, but their speed at the 1 setting feels 5. Also, the speed fluctuates. Any other normal cheap fans work better. Customer service won't replace them. The service agent says all these are defective. Can you help me with this issue? @atomberg_tech

@atomberg_tech We purchased 3 Renesa Prime fans from you, but they are the worst products. The lowest speed feels like the highest, and the speed changes on its own. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't be returned or replaced. We need a return or a fan which works
