@mrdanwalker That young man has not been ok for a long time. When I watched the wedding I said that he was in a dangerous situation then, and he is now isolated in another country with no support.

I am wondering if anyone has asked Prince Harry if he is ok? I know much of the recent storm is of his own making but it’s never nice being right in the middle of it.

@AmazonHelp Hi Laura - yes it was the manager who told me no one could help and a refund could not be offered. I just wanted a replacement sending out, but I just got a standard reply each time and told no one could help. Not happy as I use Amazon a lot for home and work

@AmazonHelp As someone who deals with a customer focused business, the customer is at the heart of everything we do and if any of my staff said that to a customer, that would be a training issue. It’s all logged on your chat systems!

@AmazonHelp Now don’t know about you but it’s a bit of a waste of time when it was a sealed box and it’s your warehouse issue. Mistakes happen but I had to ask 3 times to be put through to a manager, a further 3 to be told everyone else was busy with strategy not customers

@AmazonHelp Of course! Small item due to be delivered today (less than £13 in value) along with bigger order ~order all arrives apart from this one, just an empty box! Apparently it can’t have happened because you have an end to end process so it’s down to the customer to report as theft

I wondered if anyone could help!? I’m looking for examples and/or models of dentistry practice that specifically works with people who are experiencing homelessness? I’m hoping to find good examples of models in action to inform our work. I’m sure there’s lots.
