@GoAssist my ref: LBR6456551 please could you look into the matter of my appliance not being fixed. The engineer had direct access to my house but did not want to leave the van as it’s permit holders only. I appreciate his concern but this didn’t warrant his abruptness/rudeness

@GoAssist someone was meant to be calling me back today. Your engineer sent someone to fix my fridge/freezer but he had a shed collapse because my street is permit parking and couldn’t possibly find anywhere near to park, so he didn’t bother staying to fix the appliance #refund
