Inaugural video to introduce the LHM - Large Hammer Model, the world’s first-ever generative AI model dedicated exclusively to the sounds of blacksmithing. (Sound ON 🎶)
Built on extensive interdisciplinary research, a custom dataset of sound and video recordings from my shop, processed through a bespoke program to detect the thousands of audio transients and automate a reindexing of time and space, preserving them for humanity.

Broken Printer no. 840 by @TaborRobak on @verse_works.
I couldn't get a more architectural output. With a bit of "adrift" in the back! I guess it was just meant for me.

Who says fine art has to be safe?
A lot of thought has gone into how to release Tabor’s work.
A large set feels right on a few levels -
There’s something ‘mass-market’ about the artworks. Tabor’s physicals sell for considerable amounts. There’s something interesting about going completely the other way here.
Bigger series often stay part of the conversation for longer, and that’s certainly our hope here.
With a large set and a supply reduction we also hope to give the art world plenty of time to collect while at the same time ensuring the work will ultimately sell at a fair market price. We are still working out whether the supply will be reduced steadily over time, or cut at a hard end point.
We can’t wait to see what happens. In a perfect world, Artnet cover how an excellent artist has done a truly immense NFT series, and the space moves a step closer to legitimacy.

If there is an antithesis to New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art, it is probably Solana.
Since day one of Verse, a common concern we’ve heard from gallery world artists is that ‘doing an NFT’ is just too risky. The way things work here is not how it’s done in the art world, and the stigma is real. Reputational damage is a legitimate concern.
Soon though, nearly two years into our journey, we will be presenting our first major project by a gallery world trailblazer.
The artist in question is @TaborRobak.
Tabor’s works are housed in the MoMA, the Met, the Whitney, and numerous other museums worldwide. He has shown with top galleries, and his work has been covered by endless art publications. His career spans more than 100 exhibitions in 23 countries, and he’s not yet even 40.
And now he is not just releasing an NFT series, but doing so on Solana. With a supply of 4000. Tabor isn’t just getting involved with NFTs. He’s jumping in the deep end of shark-infested water, with his hands tied together.
Below I’ll outline a bit about Tabor and his work, and importantly too - Broken Printer’s release mechanics. There’s also a link to the artwork at the end. We hope you love it.
