I've been thinking about the LT implications of the Middle East conflict on oil prices. Some think that compared with $60/bbl WTI pre-conflict, prices will re-rate to a higher baseline. Others think prices won't re-rate.
I am in the re-rate higher camp: $3.75-$6.50/bbl 🧵
