Ndindi Nyoro just called Junet Mohamed “ignorant” in Parliament.
Junet immediately exploded in anger.
At this point it’s becoming obvious Ndindi Nyoro is under siege.
Every move he makes is being resisted.
Every statement turns into a fight.
The system seems determined to frustrate him politically.

@NyakundiReport This management team should visit @SarovaHotelsKen to learn a thing or two about taking care of staff.
English

Hello Nyakundi,
Please hide my identity. I am a staff member at Artcaffé, and we are really suffering under the current management conditions at the branch.
First, last week our PHs, off days, and leave days were deducted simply because of the matatu strike, something that was completely beyond our control as employees. It is unfair for management to punish staff for a nationwide transport crisis that affected everyone.
Secondly, the transport situation for staff working late shifts is becoming dangerous. Imagine the staff van arriving at the branch around 1:40 AM, then dropping employees along the highway at around 2 AM and leaving everyone to figure out how to get home safely on their own. This is not secure at all, especially for staff members going home at such hours.
The worst issue is the “FUNGA FUNGUA” shifts. Right now it is around 3 AM and I have just come from the PM shift, yet I am expected to wake up again at 4 AM to prepare and report back to work. We barely get any sleep. You enter the next shift already exhausted and sleepy, which is extremely risky especially in a busy restaurant environment where mistakes and accidents can easily happen because of fatigue.
We are mentally and physically drained. Some of us cannot even sleep properly because by the time you reach home, it is already time to prepare for the next shift again. This is not healthy and it is affecting staff wellbeing badly.
Another major issue is staff meals. There is no proper breakfast and sometimes no lunch at all, yet employees are expected to work long exhausting hours. Nobody seems concerned about staff welfare anymore.
Please let this reach HR because workers are really suffering. We are asking management to listen to staff concerns and improve these working conditions before things get worse.

@AnneWaiguru The name Waiguru has become synonymous with the gunny-bag cash-stealing cartel that robbed the NYS youth — and indeed Kenyan youth — of billions of shillings through corruption and impunity.

I have stood against ethnic-based politics when espoused by some leaders in Mt Kenya. In equal measure, I strongly stand against the Hassan Omar type of ethnic baiting that seeks to isolate the people of Mt Kenya. The Tutam movement, to which we remain fully committed, is a national movement that does not legitimize the spewing of ethnic hatred, however couched. As a nation, we have been there before and we said never again! That approach may excite crowds, but it is short-sighted, undemocratic, and can ultimately only be severely injurious to the nation. He owes our nation an apology.
English

@ahmednasirlaw @AnneWaiguru @lindahoguttu Rigathi represents the older, largely harmless brand of tribal politics. More concerning, however, is the emergence of a new wave of divisive and inflammatory tribal rhetoric from figures such as Hassan Omar.
English

@AnneWaiguru @lindahoguttu Gov, you speak for us all. Ethnic hatred has no place in Kenya. H. E Rigathi Gachagua has made vile tribalism fashionable and vague but we will not allow to be divided along tribal lines.

@makaumutua Tom Mboya was modern, visionary, and internationally connected. Many people believed he had the potential to become Kenya’s future president.

My business partner gave me a ride in his car. For an equivalent of Ksh 10 Million which is half the price of my toyota, you can get a Huawei Aito SUV. Self driving self parking. You call it with your phone and it comes over to where you are standing. So, we are spending more for less technology and comfort. Don’t forget that this car is hybrid electric and fuel. When he uses electricity alone his cost per month is 150 Yuan per month which is around Ksh 2,800. So we pay more and then spend even more.

@MoraraKebaso Our car was petrol - I still remember black brato

@KaberiaCommoner The statistics I know is that for every 1 Kalenjin there are 2 Luhyas and 1 Kisii
English

George Natembeya is a man under siege. As the governor of Trans Nzoia, he knows the county is predominantly Luhya and Kalenjin. The senator is a Kalenjin, while the governor is a Luhya. This is a contested county, not a bedroom for anybody.
He knows that if Ruto were to focus on Trans Nzoia, then he is a one-term governor.
That is why he is not very vocal nowadays. Natembeya… siasa sio kifua. A slight mistake and he is replaced ASAP. He knows this. The big man has grabbed his balls.

Rigathi Gachagua claims teachers, in the new medical cover, are limited to KSh 1,200 daily. That is misleading.
The reality is that the Mwalimu Cover under this administration is one of the most comprehensive health schemes in the public sector.
Teachers now enjoy inpatient cover ranging from KSh 1 million to KSh 3 million, outpatient cover of up to KSh 450,000 and access to over 6,000 health facilities nationwide; services easily accessible through the Afyangu app.
What has changed is not the benefit, but the discipline in how public funds are used.
English

@kaborus Senator Kipkoech, you are now officially our last line of defence — the final boss in this political video game.
Kindly stand firm with us… because these Kericho crooks have turned the place into a full-time episode of “Who Wants to Loot a Million?” 😄

Kefogo, Ainamoi, Kericho
I visited the families of Kefogo residents who have been unjustly denied title deeds to their rightful land in Chelimo Kefogo.
Unverified allocation list, has well-connected and undeserving individuals, including companies owned by the high and mighty. The indigenous residents have been left out, suffering in silence. Some are very old, widows and/or indigent.
I called upon the PS Lands and County leadership, led by the Governor to urgently address blatant injustice affecting our people. They should provide the primary list and issue titles in accordance with the same.
I urged the elected and appointed leaders to shun untrammeled greed and avarice. They should withdraw land given to their friends and relatives who are not deserving.Companies cannot be squatters.

IRAN IS FUCKING PISSED
🇺🇸 When VP JD Vance said:
“Trump told him that if 🇮🇷Iran commits to not having nuclear weapons, he will make Iran 🇮🇷 prosper economically and great."
🇮🇷Iran has responded to the VP and Pres saying:
"Look at how prosperous all these countries like Syria 🇸🇾, Afghanistan 🇦🇫, and Iraq 🇮🇶 became after trusting Israel 🇮🇱 and the United States 🇺🇸."
You can’t come back from that bro 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Opiyo Wandayi is insulting Kenyans.
A whole fuel sector scandal explodes under his watch, top officials resign after arrests, preliminary findings point to falsified fuel stock data, an overpriced and allegedly substandard emergency cargo is exposed, and his biggest contribution is to warn the public about “disinformation.”
This man has completely recast himself as referee, commentator and lead investigator in a mess sitting right inside his own docket. He talks like a bystander protecting “independent agencies,” yet he is the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the ministry at the centre of the scandal. That is why he has such a hard time convincing Kenyans.
Whenever pressure rises, Wandayi runs to the microphone with the usual script...be patient, do not politicize, beware of disinformation, allow investigations.
It is the oldest government trick in the book.... when the facts are ugly, attack the noise around the facts. But the facts are already bad enough on their own. Senior officials have resigned and arrests have happened.
The government’s own side says stock levels may have been manipulated to create a false shortage and justify an irregular emergency shipment outside the G-to-G framework.
So Kenyans are right to ask who exactly is spreading disinformation here? The public asking questions, or the system that let a fake crisis grow inside the petroleum chain and is now lecturing everyone else about calmness and confidence?
Wandayi should spare Kenyans the sanctimony.
He is not some clean outsider flown in to audit the wreckage! He is the Energy CS.
If almost everybody around the scandal is falling, then the man at the top of the docket cannot keep behaving like the host of a press briefing about other people’s sins.
At some point, the public stops hearing authority and starts hearing panic.

Let’s be honest—without Raila Odinga, ODM is finished. What we’re seeing now is just a shell of the Orange Democratic Movement. Divisions everywhere, no direction, and United Democratic Alliance has already taken over the political ground.
English

It’s quite clear that Orange Democratic Movement is facing internal challenges. No amount of denial can change that reality. At the moment, the party appears deeply divided, and pretending otherwise does little to address the situation
