@Fortnums when I queried this. Your customer service team said I was my fault for selecting a Sunday! Because somewhere on your website it says you don’t do that. But you send me an email confirming delivery on a Sunday! How is this service!

@Fortnums I ordered flowers for a 70 Bday. Your website allowed me to select and pay for named day delivery for a Sunday. I received a confirmation email. Only after the flowers were not delivered did your customer service team contact me to say you don’t deliver on a Sunday!

@hershesons booked a blow dry bar appointment. And then got in touch within the hour to change. They couldn’t offfer an alternative time so I asked for cancellation. Insisted on charging me. Despite showing availability for the original slot so no lost booking

@O2 do you intentionally sell unnecessary data roaming zone 3 bolt ons to customers travelling inside the zones covered in their European data roaming? It happened to everyone I travelled with. @MoneySavingExp @WhichMoney

@O2 why do you send messages to customers telling them they need to buy zone 3 bolt ons when they are travelling even though they are within the European data roaming zone. When raised with your consumer service team I was told I couldn’t get a refund as the message was automated
