🇵🇱 Poland’s fertility rate has fallen to an abysmal 1.07, one of the lowest in the entire world. It’s a bit counterintuitive, as Poland is a socially conservative country with a booming economy. But with economic progress often comes more women in the workforce, and fewer having children. Poland’s rate is even lower than Japan’s (1.2), as well as the UK (1.4), Germany (1.4), and France (1.6). Source: Notes from Poland

🇲🇦🇿🇦 Morocco just took Africa's industrial crown, and South Africa lost it quietly. For the first time since 2010, Morocco has overtaken South Africa as the continent's most industrialized nation. The margin is razor thin, 0.8415 to 0.8396, but the shift is real. Morocco didn't get here by luck. It moved away from phosphates and car exports, diversified its industrial base, built a serious aeronautics sector, and turned Tanger Med into Africa's busiest port. South Africa went the other way. Years of economic turmoil and declining competitiveness finally showed up in the rankings. The AfDB called Africa's industrial shift "silent but irreversible." 14 years at the top and South Africa didn't see it coming. Haiti is poor and unstable because France forced it to pay 100 years of reparations for daring to kill their colonizers and the French, American and British governments couldn't allow a self-created Black nation to thrive. Haiti was punished for proving enslaved Africans could overthrow empire.

Yesterday i had the privilege of addressing our nation's ICT Directors at a pivotal conference led by the e-Government Unit. The message was clear, the era of siloed, paper bound government is over after officially handing over our Enterprise Architecture Model blueprint yesterday. We are building a Smart Government a cognitive, predictive and fully integrated digital ecosystem that serves every Zimbabwean with dignity and efficiency. I proposed five strategic imperatives that will define our path to a Digitilised Vision 2030: 1️⃣ Radical Interoperability-Data is a national asset, not a departmental trophy. We are implementing a Government Service Bus and online portal to ensure seamless, once only data sharing and accessing across all Ministries. 2️⃣ Harmonized ICT Procurement-We should end the hemorrhage of public funds through fragmented purchasing. A Whole of Government framework will consolidate our buying power, deliver bulk savings, and standardize quality. We buy together, we save together, we build together. 3️⃣ Cybersecurity as a Non Negotiable Shield - every ICT Director is a Chief Information Security Officer first. We are establishing a renewed Sectoral Cybersecurity Response Centre. An attack on any government database is an attack on the Republic. 4️⃣ The AI Imperative-AI is not optional. We are launching a national AI Skills Accelerator Programme for the public sector from foundational literacy to advanced machine learning. We will build AI with Zimbabwean context, for Zimbabwean problems, by Zimbabwean minds. 5️⃣ Cloud First, Mobile First-Every service must be designed for the citizen on a mobile phone, powered by our secure national cloud infrastructure. If we work on these 5 as a start, Zimbabwe will be the best Digital place to be. Policy blueprints on legislation for a comprehensive Digital Government, a specific National AI Ethics Framework with a regulatory sandbox, Data Sovereignty instruments, and a proposal for a sustainable Digital Skills Development Levy are needed and we need this to be expedited. To every ICT Director in the public service -you are not system administrators. You are the chief enablers of the Second Republic's promise. Zimbabwe is open for digital business. Let us build, together. #DigitalizeZimbabwe #Vision2030 #ZimbabweIsOpenForDigitalBusiness

@kudzi891 MI6 has become heavily embedded in Zanu Pf since 2013(circa) when they cut funding to opposition and resources were given to Operation Shumba, 2017 was very successful their man came to power and they were able to place their assets and agents in key gvt positions

Do not be deceived. If someone wants to reverse the land reform dont expect them to tell you thats what they are doing. They have to start somewhere amd BIA farms are the soft underbelly. 2017 was about regime change and it has always been about that
🇿🇼 ZANU PF PATRIOTS 🇿🇼@zanupf_patriots

Land reform is irreversible: Its only 67 out of 383 500 farms.‼️ ZANU PF govt gave land as follows. ✅360,000 beneficiaries on A1 small-scale farms. ✅23,500 on A2 medium-to-large scale farms. Only 67 foreign-held farms protected under bilateral investment promotion and protection agreements are being returned.

Even if Zimbabwe bends over and hands everything back to the colonialist, it will never be enough until they control the entire country. Bending over thinking they will be given a better debt relief package is just insane.

Zimbabwe will return 67 farms seized from foreigners from four European countries covered by bilateral investment pacts, the country’s agriculture minister said, as it seeks to mend ties with Western countries while it battles for debt relief. tinyurl.com/mvx6yz3e

@zanupf_patriots It's not 67 out of 368 000 farms, it's 67 out of 4000 farms(pre-landreform) and these were huge farms probably over 100 000hectares, what will happen to 1000s of families settled there. After 26years of struggle and you sellout the Blackman to appease the white man

For A Marxism Without Guarantees
The weakness of Africa and generally the third world has led into this. After years and years of choking under sanctions Zimbabwe capitulates. In the final analysis there is no way out for all of us collectively without a pan African project of true liberation. This hurts so much
