I wasn’t into Enid Blyton as a child but my daughter has read a couple and has put “more Enid Blyton books” on her Christmas list. I was thinking one of the series (Famous Five, Secret Seven, Mallory Towers etc) would be great but any recommendations as to which series a primary aged girl might enjoy most? 📕 🙏 👧 🌲

Very sad that my lovely granddad Brian Murphy passed away this weekend. He was a real inspiration to me as a kid growing up. It was a privilege to have one of Britain’s finest ever actors as a grandfather and it’s truly touching to see how many people loved his work. Miss u x

If you're wondering why I keep posting about this Robbie Williams film.... #BetterMan is just the first film that took me multiple days to let sink in. Humorous, self deprecating, dark, oddly relatable, full of love and honesty. And just so beautifully made!! I was already a fan, but this masterpiece just shows Robbie's character. So sorry, not sorry... just go watch it while it's still in the cinema's.

@stephpickle @BritishGas Sorry to hear that Steph but not surprised sadly. I’ve had months of problems where they claim to solve it then following bill back to square one. Made an official complaint - also hopeless. They just closed complaint without solving! I do wish you luck.

@Barblahblksheep @BritishGas @dr_senior1 Almost exactly what’s been happening to me. Was told it had been discussed and would be reimbursed once it has been through the ‘Gurus’. Some gurus they are-approx 8 wks & still nothing other than closure of complaint! @BBCMorningLive did a section about this so we’re not alone

@HannahClay84 @BritishGas I am continually having this problem with @BritishGas for a very similar amount. When I phone I’m often told it’s their error but they keep putting it back on! Complaints dept are a joke. They close complaint without resolving!

I was going to ring the doctors today as my sinuses are so bad again, but it’s Saturday 😫🤢. Any recommendations for home remedies for sinus pain? I’ve tried everything: sudofed, nasal sprays, codeine and nasal rinses. My skull, teeth, cheeks and brain hurts.

I am in a similar situation and despite empty promises they still haven’t sorted my complaint out. Then late this evening had email to say they have ‘closed the complaint’!

@BritishGasHelp @CK50171 I have raised complaints (another one raised two days ago) but when I ring AGAIN to check i’m told the complaints have been ‘closed’ I have spent hrs on the phone. On Wednesday got someone very helpful but going on previous experience I am not holding my breath! @BritishGas

@theveindoc @BritishGas I’ve had so much trouble with @BritishGas - a dreadful organisation. They cannot get my bill right and I spend hrs on the phone. Raised complaints, they just close them then send threatening emails despite the fact I’ve been told ++times the £553.58 they keep adding is wrong!
