@HannahClay84@BritishGas I am continually having this problem with @BritishGas for a very similar amount. When I phone I’m often told it’s their error but they keep putting it back on! Complaints dept are a joke. They close complaint without resolving!
@BritishGas well well I had over £600 in my account you have taken my bill money then taken a random payment of £364.63 why!!!!! Thats theft you haven’t added a link to show me what it’s for. You haven’t emailed me to tell me you’re taking that you’ve just taken it THEFT
@BritishGasWatch what can I do there is no one about to help me at British Gas but they have taken a payment that shouldn’t have been taken I have paid my £180 on the 25th of each month, like they requested they’ve taken my bill money and then gone in and taken another payment!!

He is now 20 months old and missed out on being selected as a police dog in our puppy program after joining at 3 months old as he didn’t quite have the determination we’re looking for.
He is a big lad at 46kg so you should have experience of handling a large powerful dog but he is very friendly!

So after 4 months of fighting with @BritishGas I finally got my money back into my gas and electric account no compensation but I’m just glad I got the money back and someone finally clocked on to what I was saying!

Currently in your store at Cobham services on the M25, I ordered drinks by the app pay for my drinks to get installed to be told that they don’t make one of my drinks. I chose another drink which wasn’t what I chose. Very disappointed considering how much it is
