Hey @Carvana when are you guys going to fix this spamming issue? I contacted your fraud department and they said they would fix it but it just continues daily. 10 new emails daily addressed to different names landing in my inbox

@Carvana your “warranty” company didn’t budge when I told them my home was 78 miles from where vehicle I JUST BOUGHT. I had to use auto insurance to get home, because @carvana did abso-$&^%ing-luetly NOTHING about the absolute LEMON they sold me. In Michigan. Where they have lemon law.

Welp, @CarvanaHelp — it was a day. From the excitement of getting our new ‘22 VW Atlas to take to our 2 boys on the annual 4th-of-July beach trip…to breaking down on the side of the road 100 miles after leaving home.

Great experience w @Carvana so far. We made it 20 miles down the road on the way home before the car lit up all warning lights, went to limp mode, and refused to go. Paying over $500 out of pocket to get home, then back to shopping. Guess that 120 point checkup is imaginary.

@Carvana I recently attempted to buy 1 of your cars. I found you weren’t done charging ludicrous fees on top of the inflated price. $1900 for shipping. I could ship a car out of the country cheaper,and I’m not allowed to pick the car up or arrange my own shipping. Smells of SCAM

@sostifton @Carvana Are you out of your mind. Go to Carvanahelp at the many many complaints about service and shady car sales.

For a large company @Carvana is so easy to work with. Customer service is A+. We have had 10+ transactions with them, never an issue.

@CarvanaHelp I’ve just had a long conversation about Carvana shipping cost. $1900 is absolutely ridiculous. I offered to go pick up the car at wherever its location is and was told that was not possible due to policy.
