The Texas Department of Public Safety is proud to open a new chapter for our Mounted Patrol Unit. Thursday, we celebrated the grand opening of our new equine training facility in Coupland and welcomed three new mounted Troopers to the program, as well as the program’s first non-commissioned trainer.
