The Health Secretary is responsible for women’s healthcare, maternity services, breast cancer screening, female hospital wards and single-sex spaces for patients and staff. These are serious issues that shape care and safeguarding across the NHS. He should be able to define a woman without implying it is up for debate.

Well Keir Starmer was worried about people inciting violence today. Turns out it’s from the far-left protesters who said “shoot him in the neck like Charlie Kirk” about Tommy Robinson. Will he be arrested and fast tracked through the courts @metpoliceuk?

There are no good results from Makerfield by election. Either Burnham wins in which case we will be eating pet meat for Christmas or he loses and Starmer clings to power arresting everyone who finds Morecambe and Wise funnier than Rosie Jones.

The public will not forgive us if we start turning inwards. We were elected with a clear mandate. When we go into the next election with the question of who should run the country: Keir, Kemi, or Nigel - the answer is clear. Keir delivered 2024, he can deliver again.

@JohnSlinger What humanity has he shown to us hard working tax payers, pensioners, farmers etc and our families? Correct, none. He has brought this on himself and his family, we're not to blame for his incompetence #starmerout

One thing I’ve not heard much of in the debate about who should be Prime Minister of our country is the human being at the centre of this, & his family, & the effect of this on them all. The vitriol is off the scale. Show some humanity. People we disagree with are not enemies

Keir Starmer: Won't block illegal migrants boats who come to rape children and women. Will block activists who come to criticise the way he governs the country. This is a communist dictatorship.

I actually pity the poor fuckers going to Chequers today for a day of autistic powerpoints by this charmless slab of uninspiring luncheon meat. "The people are telling us that we aren't being radical enough, they want us to go faster on the climate, on immigration, on higher taxation: the answer is free breakfast clubs for mosques"
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

We must respond to the message that voters have sent us and break with the status quo once and for all. We must confront the big challenges the public face with real answers. That is how we will deliver the change that people are desperate for and build a stronger and fairer country. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

@Keir_Starmer The lives of the workers in this country have changed too fast, but not for the better. You're deaf and delusional #ticktock

These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities. People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future. I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.
