@TimJSmith23 @MLB @MLBPA The problem is the revenue. A city like Cleveland doesn’t make near as much as the dodgers or NY. They’re triple the money that Cleveland receives just in TV money. Also don’t think you should be able to defer contracts

I’m all on board with Adell as an upgrade for Fry/Hoskins. But can’t be the only move. Need a legit every day bat in the middle I don’t know what to make of Soler. I don’t love betting on him just all of a sudden getting red hot for a team that never has that rental fortune

There’s no extension talk ongoing with Mets starter Clay Holmes, so presumably there will be no extension. In this sellers market, with precious few frontline starters available, this is a big trade piece. Nearly every contender scouted him in rehab game.

I think I've determined my ideal, mostly realistic trade deadline for the Guardians Trade prospects needed for France from SD Trade prospects needed for Detmers or Jose Soriano AND Adell from LAA Adell for Fry, France for Hoskins, Soriano/Detmers move Slade to pen Fun to dream

Also, not opposed to selling some and positioning yourself for a 2027-2028 run. This offense has me at a loss so I'm not going to complain about buying, selling or doing more aggressive prospect promotion. You can defend any of those tactics
