@IKEAUK @no_service Ordered delivered 1 item faulty, can't deliver as item out of stock, offered refund but expect me to pay £40 delivery when it comes back in stock... No gogw or offer to pay that delivery when faulty item not that much shocking 😡

Shocking service @lightinthebox ordered an item back in Jan to be told delayed,and would get Mar delayed again to start April.Still not received and will not provide me with refund😡 Just a voucher, I will not use as despicable service,blaming covid for delays @PoorServiceUK
