@NosuSuishinV2 That's only true for when the need for new tech/systems are low. Much like early cold war, in UC the entire playing field shift like every 3years. This equivalent of this would be US operating Fletchers as it's main DD during the gulf. No amount of MLU will justify that.

My husband grew up in a village in Malaysia w/out electricity in the 70s and HE learned about the Odyssey. The Odyssey is not niche.
