Just wrapped up the week at @joinplutohouse in Munich. Built a lot. Slept little. Had some of the best robotics conversations I’ve had in years. What I valued most, though, was the people - being surrounded by curious, ambitious builders who genuinely want to help each other think bigger and build better. That kind of environment is rare. It left me even more excited about the future of robotics and manufacturing.

Went to the Physical AI meetup in Munich today hosted by @PointNineCap. Strong technical insights - presentations from @SereactAI and @rerundotio went deep into the details. Appreciated the focus on the building side, quite a different vibe from the SF events I attended. Plenty of amazing builders here in Europe 🇪🇺.

Our newest model, π0.7, has some interesting emergent capabilities: it can control a new robot to fold shirts for which we had no shirt folding data, figure out how to use an appliance with language-based coaching, and perform a wide range of dexterous tasks all in one model!

In the past 5 years, I've reviewed 1,000+ pitch decks from founders pitching VCs like: · Sequoia · a16z · Y Combinator · Accel · Index Ventures · Bessemer · First Round Capital · Lightspeed · General Catalyst · Tiger Global And many more... In the process, I've found dozens of patterns that separate the raises that close from the ones that stall for months. So I built a visual playbook with all of them. Comment “playbook” for free access. It includes: → Understand the VC game (what VCs really want, where they invest) → Build your investor list (where to find relevant VCs, how to follow up) → Plan out your raise (SAFE vs equity, how much to raise) → Access investors (warm intros vs cold emails, how to get inbound leads) Basically - everything you need to go from finding your first investor to closing your round. For your angel round, pre-seed, seed, and Series A. I wish I had this playbook the first time I raised. Want access? Like this post Comment "playbook" I'll send you a DM with free access PS: Repost this and help out a founder in your network.

Ended my trip to the US with a walk around Stanford. Hard to pin down exactly what it is, but you start to see why so much comes out of this place and the Bay Area. Good way to wrap it up.

Wrapped up my SF trip at an event hosted by @temporalio - strong conversations, great people, and an amazing view over the city. Visiting Stanford today, then heading back. Great trip - really enjoyed connecting with people building here. Looking forward to being back asap.

Just spoke with @ClaraChengGo from @openmind_agi on the future of factory robotics - including world models, generalization, and how to close the deployment gap. Sharp insights, thanks again for the great conversation!
ClaraChengGo@ClaraChengGo

Lots of robot companies want to deploy their robots into factory but failed. Misalignment in data and economic value explains 99% of the failure of robotics deployment into factories. Glad to hear that @knakluk has come up an innovative way to bring industrial deployment to life. No spoiler alert. Stay tuned!

What a weekend at @ycombinator for the robotics hackathon. You could feel the field becoming more concrete in real time. Glad to be on judging panel from @nebiusai & amazing to see teams building on Nebius through the weekend, plus fun to see the UFB powered by Nebius

@knakluk @innate_bot @ycombinator Hackathon energy is real but temporary. The real test is what you build in the weeks after, when the adrenaline is gone and you're debugging alone at 2am.

Yesterday was one of the greatest days of my entire life. I looked around the room and saw 120 of the best and brightest minds in applied robotics and AI, and I was there too!! 🤯 50k GitHub stars got me access. My teammates taught me SO much. And then some magic happened 👇

Today, Kid version of me would’ve been ecstatic! In one weekend, I got to meet: @chris_j_paxton from @agilityrobotics Real pioneer redefining the frontier of robotic manipulation and bipedal movement 🦾 @Kevin Murphy from NASA Legendary figure in the field leading the agency’s High End Computing Capability Portfolio 🚀 @WallE The OG cinematic inspiration that sparked the dream of robotics for us all! It’s surreal how fast things compound when you’re around the right people, working on the right problems, this is exactly why we're so focused on the mission at @Solo__Tech ! What stood out most wasn’t just the names it was the high quality of builders pushing Physical AI forward. Real systems. Real demos. Real constraints. Huge kudos to @Alex Peytavin and @Vignesh_Robots from @Innate and @Simon and @Yoan from Iterate for bringing together such a high-caliber group at @ycombinator RoboHacks! Awesome builders. Excellent demos. The future of physical AI looks bright 🌄 #GetSoloTech

Coffee chat with robotics builders in sf! About me: >> BD & Growth for robotics. Cognitive model specifically (come on its deployment stage now. Need much more than tech as well) Glad to share you about how to make your tech well-known and adopted >> travel a lot across US, Asia and Middle East, can share you with various perspectives >> hot take you might be interested (challenge me): - software is dying - marketing about robotics now is so wrong If you are building robotics, please DM me! Coffee on me!
