I don’t usually post personal news but Clinicians have told us to pull every lever. Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy. If anyone knows of trials then please get in contact! #braincancer #childrenscancer @CR_UK

@Czaki_PL @sofroniewn @camachodejay @napari_imaging @thefreemanlab @jnuneziglesias I think a lot of remote access scenarios would be having some beefy computer with large storage + fast GPU render the output into a buffer and sending that data to the client on your local computer. Or for standard use cases you can just run both client & server on local machine.

IMO the most likely route to a napari browser version would be to have a front-end built with something like React and a back-end of Python that sends the current viewport info and receives inputs like cursor position.

$2500 and they did no tests, took no cultures, nor had a specialist inspect the area for an abscess (the main reason I came). Unfortunately this is a chronic condition for me and I’ve been to many doctors, urgent cares, and ERs and none of them have taken it so trivialy.

Just found out my ER visit cost $2500 AFTER insurance. I went in for excruciating pain from an infection that wasn’t responding to antibiotics after 5 days and all they did was have a PA-C talk to me for less than 5 minutes, gave me an antibiotic shot, and sent me on my way.
