@Deliveroo are a joke. We’ve just had stone cold food delivered, even finding a hair in a piece of calamari. A main meal of mac and cheese with half the portion missing. Requested a redelivery and collection of food, to be told we have to wait 48 hours for it to be reviewed?!

Okay. So the other day I ordered pizza to the travelodge I was staying at.. the Deliveroo man messaged me to say he didn’t want to come to the travelodge so can I meet him at the primark (20 minutes away).. my partner went .. I had cold food.. and yet @Deliveroo believe it’s acceptable for me to only get £4 back??? It’s not on!

I’ve had 2 issues with a recent @JustEatUK order and I need help to resolve it. I’m sick of the way the app is designed to not give you a resolution, but to keep you on the app. I just want to talk to someone to resolve my issue. I genuinely urge anyone to stop using them.

@koorbluf @JustEatUK It’s terrible…few years ago you could actually talk to someone, but now there’s no way of talking to anyone. It’s completely automated and useless. I think I’m just going to have to do a chargeback tbh.

@lynch2769 @JustEatUK You’re unlikely to get anywhere with them. They refuse to help me even with proof of an incorrect order and I’m going to have to report it to the bank again. It’s ridiculous. They take your money then there’s no customer service.

@BhamCityCouncil You are also refusing to take the actual bins and only collecting the bin bags that aren’t in bins. So roads that have worked hard to make sure they don’t look like a tip, haven’t had their bins collected! You are a JOKE.

Following the granting of our interim injunction, we have been able to get trucks out of all of our depots this morning. Due to pickets blocking the sites for the past week we are aware there is a backlog of waste to collect and will be working to collect that as soon as we can.
