The staff across all metro stations limits the recharge of One Nation One Card to a max of 2000rs when your monthly travel cost is around 3500rs. The associated app is not in sync with your card. Nobody responds to any clarification. Just be dumb.

Bangalore Metro is the most customer unfriendly. They have no proper system. I had paid for online top up of my metro card. It did not get updated and the customer care has no clue. I am being cheated by them. Customers beware! @OfficialBMRCL @HardeepSPuri @PMOIndia
