The timetable shows frequency at 5 mins from 7AM to 10AM. However, it is either from #MysuruRoad or #Majestic and not from #Challaghatta

Sixth #YellowLine is likely to enter service on Dec 22 (Mon), improving peak-hour headway to 12mins.
#BengaluruMetro is unlikely to advance the start time from the current 6am.
One train may be kept as a traffic spare.

@RuPay_npci So all you say is not to use the app for recharges and prefer using counter. I feel now that it's not worth taking your card.

@RuPay_npci I am having trouble when trying to recharge the RuPay Prepaid metro card. Amount deducted but not credited to the metro card. Called toll free no. and all they say is send an email. @OfficialBMRCL

@Cleartrip such a hopeless and horrible customer care. I am trying to check for the refund of my flight ticket and all I hear is repeatedly asking to enter 1 or 2 or 3 to proceed further. Any question asked in the app will redirect to call your stupid number +919595333333.

@OfficialBMRCL metro starting from challaghatta are running at a frequency of 30 mins. The staff at Pattanagere Metro station says.. some issue which is informed just now. Please look into this issue. @ChristinMP_ @Lolita_TNIE

The staff across all metro stations limits the recharge of One Nation One Card to a max of 2000rs when your monthly travel cost is around 3500rs. The associated app is not in sync with your card. Nobody responds to any clarification. Just be dumb.

Bangalore Metro is the most customer unfriendly. They have no proper system. I had paid for online top up of my metro card. It did not get updated and the customer care has no clue. I am being cheated by them. Customers beware! @OfficialBMRCL
