@krmaya1 @9VoltsNoChirp @wilsonhlthcoach Take this as a friendly suggestion not expert advice, but I would make sure you are also getting 130g of fat a day. The protein drink might not be doing you any favours so I'd swap it for a real breakfast. Ditch the chicken.

I have to put beef protein in a smoothie (25gr) in the morning, usually get another 25-30 for lunch and I try really hard to eat enough steak, burger, chicken etc to get 70-80grams. If I stopped when satisfied it would be 50

@krmaya1 @9VoltsNoChirp @wilsonhlthcoach You need to build up to OMAD. Try 2MAD for a while. That's what I am doing and I have no trouble hitting my 130-150g a day. I have also found that a 1:1 fat to protein ratio makes the meals easier to eat. Lean protein is hard for me to eat a lot of.

My 4yo wanted to be close to me during lunch. MIL was hurt that he didn’t want her, so she resorted to the most petty behavior I’ve ever seen from a full grown adult. MIL: “Oh that’s sad you don’t want to be by me. I was going to give you this candy, but now I’m not.” Grow up!

In my life as a homeschool kid and then homeschool mom, I was taught by a mom with no high school diploma, left an abusive marriage, was a single working mom of 2, business owner as a single working mother, remarried, pregnant three more times with bedrest each time, had a miscarriage, moved about 10 times, worked part time, worked from home, homeschooled with no curriculum budget, schooled five children with a 14-year age span, lived in a tiny house, and had chronic migraines. Three of my kids have graduated. The two youngest are close to finishing. I am not a super mom. I just learned that Anyone Can Homeschool.
