@SanchoHK There are interpretations that consider the centers of all black holes to be a type of portal to a single quantum state that would be indistinguishable regardless of the point in spacetime you originally entered. So it could be all black holes together that make a new universe.

The thing I still can't wrap my head around is that the math governing a black hole can allow for the birth of an entire new universe from the collapse of a single star. It feels like pure science fiction.
