@CiteCase This judgement reeks of misandry. Dentist Wife vs. an Army Officer Husband … his reputation was completely tarnished. No details captured of perjury. Discarded categorising it as hyper-technical. Just because he was forceful in his submissions his character was questioned. Uff.

@Adv_Mahalakshmi we thank you for sharing your thoughts which show mirror to society. Death of Judge Aman Kumar Sharma is a grim reminder of plague society has been gripped by which you call “Faustian Bargain” in the article. #Gender #Neutral #Men #Women

@MenWelfare Such judgements set very wrong precedents. They give an impression to women that they can get away by doing crimes.

@MenWelfare @PMOIndia please rename Constitution to " Constitution for woman" . It is clearly that in the name of women empowerment and vite bank, constitutional bodies do not care about MEN.

> To start with a controversial judgement at the very least. > Accused woman filed the IA 1/2011(CRLAMP 1700/2011) to suspend the sentence of 4 years rigorous imprisonment on October 11, 2011. Application was disposed of same day. We don’t know if she was granted bail or not. However, presumption is very much in her favor, she being a woman. > Accused did not present her defence . She did not even appear for her defence despite several notices. > HC appointed an Amicus Curie for her. > Deceased was projected to be aggressive because of past alleged criminal antecedents despite there being no conviction. > Alleged story in defence is that deceased being husband of accused woman went to meet children along with a packet of dates, he started abusing family members of wife, he left and then came back naked and started abusing them and thereby wife stabbed the husband. Husband was brutally stabbed into the neck atleast twice. > On behalf of defence no evidence was adduced and no documents were marked. > Even on preponderance of probability accused was expected to provide some evidences for example witnesses to back her story but none presented. > A convicted woman who brutally killed her husband gets away by paying a fine of Rs. 500 /-. > Maybe family of deceased , especially mother, must frame Rs. 500 /- as a token of gesture. > A mother lost a son who she probably was dependent on but obviously that did not play in the mind of Hon’ble judge while setting aside the 4 years sentence despite convicting her. > I hope State challenges the judgement. Law doesn’t expect reformation without one paying for her criminal act. > Link to judgement 👇 #Killer #Woman #Man #Criminal @LiveLawIndia @barandbench livelaw.in/high-court/tel…

: 👇🏻 youtu.be/x59QbjTDYNo?si…

“Nobody is asking why married men are dying in such huge numbers.” That silence itself is the scandal. This NCRB report is not just data. It is a warning siren. When most suicide victims are married men and “family-related issues” emerge as a leading cause, the country cannot keep pretending this is coincidence. A judge like Aman Kumar Sharma could not escape: • Mental torture • Litigation pressure • Family conflict • Social humiliation • Fear of weaponized laws Imagine the condition of ordinary men with no power, influence or institutional protection. Men are increasingly treated as: • ATMs by exploitative spouses/in-laws • Disposable earners by the system • Presumed criminals in matrimonial disputes • Emotionless machines expected to suffer silently And when they finally collapse? No protests. No prime-time debates. No candle marches. No national outrage. Interesting how NCRB discussions constantly focus on: • Crimes against women • Crimes against children • Crimes against Dalits • Crimes against Adivasis …but crimes, abuse, coercion, false accusations and suicides involving men are treated like statistical background noise. Where is the national discussion on: • Male suicides linked to matrimonial disputes • False 498A / harassment cases • Fake POCSO allegations destroying boys’ futures • Men bankrupted by alimony + legal warfare • Fathers cut off from children for years • Psychological abuse by partners and in-laws • Abuse of gender-specific laws without accountability • Mental health collapse during endless litigation Equality before law cannot exist when empathy itself becomes gender-selective. India urgently needs: • Gender-neutral laws • Men’s Commission • Accountability for false cases • Faster judicial processes • Mental-health support for men • Police & family-court reforms • Recognition of male victims as human beings — not wallets If the system keeps ignoring this, male suicide numbers will keep rising. A society that only sees men as providers eventually creates men who feel completely disposable. @PMOIndia @narendramodi @AmitShah @HMOIndia @CJIOfIndia @India_NHRC @NCRBHQ @ANI @PTI_News @timesofindia @IndianExpress @ndtv @CNNnews18 @aajtak @republic @ZeeNews @News18India #MensRights #GenderNeutralLaws #NCRB #FalseCases #FakeCases #MensMentalHealth #FamilyCourt #498A #POCSO #DomesticViolence #ChildCustody #Alimony #Maintenance #LegalReform #EqualityBeforeLaw #JusticeForMen #HumanRights #India

Strong support to Men Welfare Trust for raising the issue of #ForcedSuicide and demanding #Justice4Aman in today’s NCR press conference. Their demands are basic human rights demands: • National Commission for Men • Gender-Neutral Laws • Institutional Support for Men • Judicial & Administrative Accountability We stand firmly with this movement and will support this fight till the very end. Silence around male suffering has already destroyed too many lives. Respect to every person speaking up despite media indifference and political silence. @PMOIndia @HMOIndia @DelhiPolice @Uppolice @ANI @PTI_News @timesofindia @ndtv @aajtak @ZeeNews @News18India @Republic_Bharat @IndiaToday @ThePrintIndia @htTweets @the_hindu #Justice4Aman #MenToo #MensRights #GenderNeutralLaws #NationalCommissionForMen #SaveMen #MensMentalHealth #ForcedSuicide
