In sum we found IL-1-induced NF-kB activation occurs in condensed subcellular structures organized by Myddosome, containing Ub machinery, IKK and p65. Cells read out IL-1 amount, turn on NF-kB activation via single Myddosome, and amplify responses by Myddosome clustering. 8/8

With higher IL-1 density, we increased the number of Myddosome clusters per corral on gridded SLBs. This concentrates more TRAF6 and rescues HOIL1 recruitment. 7/8
