@Smil3yAngel Good for you . I quit 5y ago after 35 years. I actually went to vaping for a few months and gradually lessened the nicotine down to zero during that time. I still keep it around if the urge to smoke starts & just knowing I have an option seems to work for me.

I have now been 24hrs without a cigarette 🙌❤️ I'm wearing a patch and I won't lie, it's still very, very tough. After about 30yrs of being a smoker, this is huge for me ❤️

@MarTEAnisEddy I enjoy the shows that have fresh faces or where the people haven't changed just because they are on TV. Sorry but Shep is the perfect example of tv not changing him. He may not always do the right things but it feels like it's him not acting. He's one of a few that come to mind

@MarTEAnisEddy It's definitely difficult to get excited about HW especially after they reach that critical 4th season point. A large majority of them begin to "act" and blatantly play up (or down) the character they think the audience wants. Obviously this is not everyone but it is too many
