As someone who flies frequently, I do not recommend @kiwicom247 for booking. They took weeks to respond to my first refund request.

@kiwicom247 is a SCAM. I immediately cancelled a $900 flight reservation that was accidentally submitted online, was promised a full refund as the funds had not even been taken from my bank yet, and they refuse to give me more than a $10 credit.

I’m annoyed because I drove all the way to Miami International airport so I would have a shorter flight and now these delays don’t even make it worth it. #AmericanAirlines

After a cancelled flight yesterday and delayed connection, I rebooked this morning and drove to Miami from west palm only for this one to be delayed too. I arrived at my connecting flight a few min before departure and they closed the flight. What a joke #AmericanAirlines
