Biblical submission does not mean a wife forfeits her humanity. She still gets to say “no.” She still gets to speak &share her thoughts. Submission means deferring &considering another, acting in their best interest… It’s another way of saying “live in an understanding way.”

I think you misunderstand my position entirely. I’m opposed to all sin. Sexual, violent, etc. What I’m saying is that we don’t fix sin by outlawing it. It’s good to have laws against murder and rape and theft to protect people from one another, but it’s important to understand those laws don’t actually fix society or the people in them. The law serves two purposes 1. It acts as a mirror so you can see your sin in contrast to the law 2. It enables consequences that deter people from violent crime like murder However it doesn’t actually fix the heart of people. And the consequences can deter people from doing what they otherwise want to do giving them a false sense of morality that is actually cowardice When people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, He changes their heart. They don’t want to sin anymore. They begin to love what is good and hate what is evil. An overly restrictive society tends to artificially hide the sins of the heart so people are never confronted with them and thus they never see their need for salvation and actually change Instead they “clean the outside of the cup” they appear to have conquered lust because all the lust outlets were taken away but really they still burn with lust in their heart and will go as far as to demand to cover a woman’s hair and eyes thinking that will cure them. When what they need is to be born again.

By God we will BAN PORNOGRAPHY in these United States. These whores have ruined millions of marriages. They have robbed children of their college funds & inheritances. They & their pimps/porn platforms are destroying society. We don’t have to put up with it. We MUST criminalize the production and distribution of digital prostitution.

@kathrynw5 My great grandmother only had 4 of her 9 children live to adulthood. And only 3 lived to old age. By comparison my grandmother only had 2 children. But both lived long lives or are still living. So the gap isn’t much different here.

Go back in your family's history a few generations and you'll likely find distant relatives who died as infants and as children of diseases easily prevented or cured by modern medicine and vaccines.

This is an excellent point by my friend Luca in the birth rate conversation. Yes, women used to have many more children on average. In reality, the gap is much smaller when you consider how many of those children actually survived.
