Possibly inspired by the cheddar fritters at Landrace Bakery (which were probably, in turn, influenced by the proliferation of cheesy puffs abounding in London in years) but, if so, the extra crispiness and souffled centres made these superior to the more genteel Bath versions.

Old Winchester cheese tots @RootBristol with a hefty chunk of (very good) wholemeal and linseed loaf behind, which, unusually, I didn't put to good use as particularly saucy dishes weren't ordered in abundance on this occasion.

@areej_abuali 48% is an awesome open rate. Mine average around 48-55% which personally I’m thrilled with. I automate a ‘do you still want to hear from us’ after X months and X non-opens asking them to actively resub. If they don’t they’re removed. PS your email is great!

First trip to Cotto and will be a regular! A wonderful new addition to the Bianchis Group. This was one of the tastiest dishes I’ve eaten in ages. Need to ferment courgettes to try and recreate this at home now 🤤

Fermented courgette, Cotto. One of the most engrossing plates of food in the city atm; fermentation imparting a fizzy sourness to the squash, half way towards a pickle but more w nuance & vitality, Calabrian hot honey and nutty Pecorino rounding out what could become a signature.
