@outofhiscontrol Sorry to hear about Durham LA's blame shifting and intimidating attitude. It is the systemic failure, and is prevalent in other LA too. Such failure would only enable further abuse and causing serious harm to both the survivor and children. Hope the investigation is unbiased!
