Virtually all the exits to Britain's motorway service stations look this. What's wrong with us in this country? No other west European countries are as run-down, filthy and littered as Britain... we need to turn the tide of decline. Pride and respect should never go out of fashion.

Worldwide they are poisoning the food supply by mandating the use of Folic acid in flour. A large portion of the population with the MTHFR gene mutation can’t metabolise folic acid and experience fatigue, anxiety and chronic inflammation. Studies also link it to a 2.8 times increase risk of prostate cancer. It blocks natural folate which as Dr Claire Craig says is integral to the functioning of the body. Switching genes on and off. Making DNA and RNA. Hard not to see a nefarious intent at play.

BOVAER: COW KILLER DATA TODAY HUMAN KILLER DATA LATER Full PPE to Handle Bovaer Fertility Risks for Farm Workers First Signs of Toxicities in Herds in Denmark • digestive disorders • metabolic issues • reduced feed intake • reduced milk yield • behavioural changes • fertility irregularities in some herds This is one of the most important developments in the entire Bovaer story, and it happened because real‑world farm data did not match the original controlled‑trial data. 🟩 Why EFSA Reopened the Bovaer Safety Review (2026) EFSA (the European Food Safety Authority) reopened the safety assessment of Bovaer for two reasons: ⭐ 1. Denmark reported widespread cow‑health problems after Bovaer rollout ⭐ 2. EFSA realised the original approval relied on short, controlled trials that did not reflect real‑world farm conditions Let’s break each one down. 🟦 1. The Danish Trigger: Health Problems in ~25% of Bovaer‑Using Farms When Denmark rolled out Bovaer across dairy herds, farmers began reporting: • digestive disorders • metabolic issues • reduced feed intake • reduced milk yield • behavioural changes • fertility irregularities in some herds The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA) analysed the reports and found: Around one quarter of the 1,600 farms using Bovaer had notable health issues temporally associated with its introduction. This does not prove causation — but the scale and consistency were enough to raise a red flag. Denmark then formally notified EFSA. This is what triggered the review. 🟦 2. EFSA realised the original safety file had gaps The original EFSA approval (2022) was based on: • short‑term trials • small numbers of cows • controlled, idealised conditions • no multi‑lactation studies • no large‑scale field data • no cumulative environmental modelling • no long‑term reproductive studies In other words: Bovaer was approved based on “laboratory‑style” data, not real‑farm data. Once Denmark provided real‑world evidence, EFSA had to reassess. 🟦 3. Specific concerns EFSA is now re‑examining EFSA’s reopened review focuses on: 🔹 A. Safety for dairy cows under real‑world feeding conditions Including: • long‑term digestive effects • metabolic stress • rumen microbiome shifts • interactions with different feed types • effects on high‑yielding cows 🔹 B. Safety for breeding cows This is important because: • original studies used non‑breeding cows • reproductive effects were not fully assessed • 3‑NOP is classified as “suspected of damaging fertility” for workers EFSA wants to ensure no reproductive impacts occur in cows. 🔹 C. Dose‑response uncertainty Some Danish farms used: • slightly higher doses • continuous feeding • different feed mixes EFSA is checking whether small deviations increase risk. 🔹 D. Cumulative effects Daily use for years may have: • rumen effects • metabolic effects • microbiome effects These were not studied originally. 🟦 4. Why this is scientifically significant This is the first time EFSA has reopened a feed‑additive safety file after rollout, not before approval. It signals: • the original data was insufficient • real‑world effects may differ from trials • regulators are concerned about scale‑up risks • the safety margin may be narrower than assumed This is extremely rare in EU regulatory history. A HEALTH DISASTER INCOMING? YES…

Let me categorically Debunk this utter rot. @sainsburys. I am a poultry Breeder. The hens that lay white eggs (Amberline/White Star) DO NOT have a lower carbon footprint. Yes they eat a bit less and produce roughly the same amount of eggs as the Brown egg layers (Bovan/Lowman/ISA Brown) but they live shorter lives, are prone to dying suddenly when startled, a flighty and nervous and because they live shorter productive lives (12 -18mnths) vs brown 18/24mnths (both commercial farmed), you have to incubate more which is increased (Electricity/gas costs) and their eggs are not the same quality. I breed and keep 20+ different breeds, including: ISA Brown hens and White Stars. All my hens are 100% free range, Not a single barn kept bird, I have ISA browns that are 5yrs old and still laying beautiful Brown eggs, I have not seen a White star live beyond 3yrs and certainly none have laid eggs past 18-24mnths. White stars Lay themselves to death. They are slender birds and because they dont eat a lot, it drains their personal vitality to keep up laying the eggs you want to sell because of the nonsensical lie that they are "More Carbon Neutral" You want to know about eggs, come talk to someone like me, Don't rely on some hairbrained imagination of a buyer who's trying to squeeze the profit margin for a few extra pennies at our expense and to the poor hens detriment.

BOVAER: PART 2.0 JUST THE TIP OF A VERY NASTY CHEMICAL ICEBERG: Supermarkets tell us milk is “fresh”, “simple”, “natural”. But they never tell us what the cows are actually fed. Behind the scenes: bakery waste, chemical preservatives, synthetic nitrogen (urea), ethanol by‑products, ionophores, mould‑binders… and now methane‑suppressing additives like Bovaer. None of this appears on the label. Families deserve transparency. If supermarkets can list every ingredient in a loaf of bread: Why can’t they list what’s fed to the cows that make our milk? What supermarkets don’t tell you about cattle feed: We imagine cows eating grass. Supermarkets encourage that image — rolling fields, sunshine, happy cows. But modern dairy feed is a complex mix of: • Bakery waste • Distillers grains • Urea (synthetic nitrogen fertiliser) • Ionophores • Chemical preservatives • Mycotoxin binders • Buffers • Enzymes • Bovaer None of this appears on milk labels. Not even in the “sourcing” pages on supermarket websites. Supermarkets know consumers care about additives. They label everything in human food… but zero transparency on animal feed. If feed additives are safe If they’re beneficial If they’re essential… Why hide them? Families deserve honesty. We shouldn’t need to dig through agricultural journals to know what’s entering the food chain. Transparency builds trust. Silence destroys it. 3. SUPERMARKET‑BY‑SUPERMARKET TRANSPARENCY BREAKDOWN: Tesco • Provides “grass‑fed” imagery • No disclosure of feed additives • No mention of Bovaer or ionophores • Organic range is the only one with feed transparency Sainsbury’s • Similar to Tesco • No feed ingredient lists • No disclosure of preservatives, binders, or rumen modifiers Asda • No feed transparency • No mention of additives • No sourcing detail beyond “British milk” Morrisons • Strong on “British farming” branding • Weak on feed transparency • No additive disclosure Waitrose • Better welfare standards • Still no full feed ingredient list • No disclosure of Bovaer or other rumen modifiers Aldi / Lidl • No feed transparency • No additive disclosure • No sourcing detail beyond “British” Co‑op • Ethical branding • Still no feed transparency • No additive disclosure Conclusion: Every major UK supermarket lists ingredients for human food. None list ingredients for the feed that produces milk, cheese, yoghurt, butter, or beef. This is the Transparency Gap. What’s missing... • Labels • Transparency • Consumer choice • Informed consent • Public awareness LACK OF INFORMATION = LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Last week I was listening to the radio and people were ringing in complaining about being unable to secure jobs as doctors or nurses. It’s astonishing that despite over 5000 fully trained British doctors being unemployed. So when they say we need immigration for the NHS due to a shortage, it’s simply not true.

The murder of Henry Nowak is not merely the tragedy of one young life cut short; it is a warning bell tolling through the conscience of a nation. An eighteen-year-old son, a student with his whole future before him, lay dying in the street crying for help, and yet institutional bias, and falsehood obscured the simple duty of justice and mercy. When a society reaches the point where truth becomes secondary to ideology, where appearances matter more than reality, and where the wounded are not immediately recognised as the wounded, something has gone profoundly wrong in the soul of that society. We must be clear, the taking of Henry’s life was an evil act. The court has rightly convicted his killer, although the sentence is far too lenient. But the deeper question now confronting Britain is not only how a young man was murdered, but how a nation has become so uncertain of itself that it struggles to recognise innocence, guilt, victim, and aggressor with the clarity that justice requires. I pray for Henry’s family, whose grief cannot be measured in words. I pray also that this nation will resist every temptation to turn this tragedy into fuel for hatred. Justice without truth becomes vengeance; truth without mercy becomes cruelty. We must have neither. We must instead recover the moral courage to speak honestly, judge rightly, and act fearlessly. For every civilisation ultimately stands or falls upon a simple foundation, that truth is true, evil is evil, and every human life bears the image of Almighty God. May Henry Nowak rest in peace, and may God grant Britain the wisdom to learn the lessons written in such terrible sorrow. ✠Ceirion

ARLA WON -- YOU LOST - BOVAER SOON ALL MILK After the Arla - DMK takeover last week a Huge New Milk Supply Monolith has been Formed. This means Bovaer‑milk will quietly become the default “standard milk”, while organic milk becomes scarcer and more expensive. AND YOU WILL NOT BE INFORMED ON LABELS Why this matters now with the Arla–DMK merger: This is where things get strategically interesting. 1. Arla is already the most aggressive adopter of Bovaer They defended it publicly, continued trials, and positioned it as central to their climate strategy. This means the merged entity is WILL scale Bovaer faster, not slower. 2. DMK brings Germany — a huge dairy market — into the equation The merger forces a harmonised methane strategy, and Bovaer is the only ready‑to‑deploy tool. CONSUMERS: Exoect Organic Milk to be Priced out of the Market, not just UK, not just EU, but there will be plans through those financially involved, like Bill Gates, to get BOVAER in Animal Feeds as the de facto position. And before Mr Gates Operatives on X start to argue: The Company holding Bovaer Trademarks is DSM-Firmenich -- The Gates Foundation holds extensive shareholdings in this Company. From Scottish Parliamentary Briefing Papers re Nicola Sturgeon's involvement... "There also seems to be some information hidden from public view, such as DSM-Firmenich denying any connection with Bill Gates, only for us to discover Bill Gates has purchased 1m shares in the Company, with the major investor behind the scheme, Black Rock" There will also be price differentiation between Bovaer Milk and Non-Bovaer. OF COURSE TEN YEARS FROM NOW THERE WILL BE ZERO CHOICE - JUST BOVAER. For the Arla–DMK giant, this means: They will push Bovaer harder than ever — because climate targets demand it. They must avoid another consumer revolt — because the merged brand is too big to hide. They will likely invest heavily in “green dairy” PR, transparency dashboards, and retailer‑aligned messaging. Any future health concerns (even unfounded ones) will hit twice as hard because of their scale. LACK OF CHOICE, LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, PUBLIC REJECTION We’re sleepwalking into a food system where the public has no real choice at all. Supermarkets are quietly shifting to “low‑methane milk” using feed additives like Bovaer — and most people don’t even know it’s happening. There’s no clear labelling. There’s no public documentation. There’s no way for families to choose milk without these additives unless they pay organic prices or hunt down tiny local suppliers. And here’s the truth nobody in the industry wants to say out loud: Even if every analysis says “no harm”, even if regulators approve it, even if the science is solid… The public still won’t want it if they feel tricked. People want transparency. People want choice. People want to know what’s going into the food chain — not find out years later through a press release. This isn’t anti‑science. This isn’t anti‑farmer. This is about trust. If the industry keeps rolling out feed additives without open discussion, clear labelling, or public consent, they’re going to trigger a backlash far bigger than they expect. Choice matters. Transparency matters. Trust matters. And right now, the public is getting none of them. MANY FARMERS DO NOT WANT CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND PUT INTO ANIMAN FEED AND THEN INTO THE HUMAN FOOD CHAIN.. Because. It. Is. Insane...

Ed Davey has written to Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson demanding she WITHDRAW official EHRC guidance protecting female-only spaces in toilets and changing rooms. Let that land. The Equalities and Human Rights Commission — a statutory body — has produced legally grounded guidance telling employers and public bodies that biological men should not access women’s single-sex spaces. This is not opinion. This is not politics. This is the settled legal position following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling on the meaning of “woman” under the Equality Act. And Ed Davey wants it gone. His stated reason? The guidance is not “compatible with long-standing British values.” British values. He used those words to argue AGAINST protecting women’s single-sex spaces. The same Liberal Democrats who lecture the country about tolerance, inclusion and human rights are now lobbying a Labour minister to tear up statutory guidance that protects every woman in Britain who walks into a changing room, a refuge or a hospital ward. This is not a fringe position within the Lib Dems. Their leader wrote the letter. The party has chosen its side. It is not the side of women. Repost if you think women’s single-sex spaces should be protected.

St. Teresa of Ávila once watched a man get dragged to hell. It's in her autobiography. And it haunted her until the day she died. She knew the man. Everyone did. For years he had lived a hard, godless life. But in his final two years, illness had softened him. He seemed to be changing. Mending his ways. Then he died. Suddenly. Without confession. Even so, Teresa couldn't bring herself to believe he was damned. Surely God had reached him in the end. Surely there was mercy. She held onto that hope. Until she saw what was waiting in the room. As they wrapped his body in its burial shroud, they came. Demons. A great many of them. Swarming the corpse. They seized it. Dragged it. Tossed it between them like a thing of no worth. They sank large hooks into the body and hauled it back and forth, playing with it, mocking it. Teresa stood frozen. Horrified. Half out of her mind at the sight — and forced to hide it from everyone around her, because no one else could see a thing. Then the funeral Mass began. And the demons vanished. For the length of the office, the body was carried in peace, with all the honor and ceremony given to any Christian. Teresa wept inside at the goodness of God, who covered the man's shame and let no one know what she had seen. Maybe, she thought, it was over. It was not over. They lowered the body into the grave. And they were already there. A crowd of them. Waiting at the bottom of the earth. Crawling over one another to take possession of him the instant the dirt received him. Teresa nearly broke. And one terrible thought pierced her: If this is what they do to the BODY... what are they doing to his soul? The memory of that grave frightened her for the rest of her life. Why does this matter to you? Because Teresa begged for one thing: "Would to God that this frightful thing which I saw could be seen by everyone who is leading an evil life." She believed that if souls could SEE what waits for them, they would change. They would run back to Christ before it was too late. We love to talk about God's mercy. And we should — mercy is God's greatest attribute. But you cannot treasure mercy until you understand what you are being saved FROM. This is why Our Lady of Fatima showed three small children a vision of hell. Not to terrify them. To save them and others. A thing is better known by its contrary. You see the light most clearly when compared to the dark. So hear this plainly: You belong to God, or you belong to Satan. There is no middle ground. God is infinitely merciful. He will turn away NO ONE who comes to Him. But you must come on His terms. And He gave us the confessional for a reason. If it's been a while — go. Don't wait. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Lord Jesus, bring back sinners. Give them the grace to return to Confession while there is still time. Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us. St. Teresa of Ávila, pray for us. The enemy is real, and he is fighting for your soul. If you're a Catholic man who's tired of fighting alone — tired of falling to the same sins and losing ground — that's exactly what we do inside TOD Academy. Brotherhood, accountability, and serious formation for men who want to take the spiritual battle seriously. Come fight with us. todacademy.com/interest-form

“You must not complain of your Cross, for it is the very one which will take you to Heaven.” - St. John Vianney St. John Vianney is not saying that suffering is easy or that pain doesn't hurt. He is reminding us that God can use even our hardest crosses to lead us closer to Him. Most of us spend a lot of time asking God to remove our struggles. But sometimes the very thing we want taken away is the thing God is using to teach us trust, humility, patience, forgiveness, or deeper love. Jesus did not save the world by avoiding the Cross. He carried it. Then He told His followers, "Take up your cross and follow Me" (Matthew 16:24). The saints understood that suffering, when united to Christ, is never wasted. The betrayal, illness, loneliness, disappointment, or unanswered prayers you carry today may be doing more for your soul than you realize. The question is not whether you have a cross. Everyone does. The question is: 💬 Has your greatest struggle brought you closer to God or pushed you further away from Him? If this message helped you, someone else may need this reminder today too.

I genuinely don’t think people understand how insane this is. In just 50 years, we’ve wiped out around 70% of animal populations on Earth. Not hundreds of years ago. Not ancient history. In one lifetime. Entire species disappearing. Forests going silent. Oceans being emptied. And somehow the world treats it like just another statistic instead of a full-blown emergency. That should scare all of us a lot more than it does.

UNDERSTANDING TRANSUBSTANTIATION: THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD MIRACLE IN CHRISTIANITY “What if the bread and wine at Mass are no longer bread and wine… but Jesus Christ Himself? That is the doctrine of Transubstantiation.” The doctrine of Transubstantiation is one of the greatest and most mysterious miracles in the history of the Catholic Church — a miracle so profound that even many Christians struggle to believe it. Yet Catholics have defended this truth for over 2,000 years because it came directly from Jesus Christ Himself. No mere symbol. No metaphor. No empty ritual. The Eucharist is the Real Presence of Christ. What Is the Holy Eucharist? The Holy Eucharist is the sacrament in which Jesus Christ becomes truly present — Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity — under the appearances of bread and wine. This was instituted by Christ at the Last Supper when He declared: “This is My Body.” “This is My Blood.” He did not say, “This represents My Body.” He spoke literally and the early Christians understood Him literally. What Is Transubstantiation? During every Mass, when the priest repeats the words of Christ at the consecration, the bread and wine are completely transformed into the actual Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Not symbolically. Not spiritually alone. But substantially and truly. The outward appearance remains the same, but the inner reality changes completely. Catholic theology explains this through substance and accidents: Substance → what something truly is. Accidents → what we perceive with our senses: taste, color, texture, shape, and smell. After consecration, the accidents remain bread and wine, but the substance becomes Christ Himself. The Church also explains this sacrament through matter and form: Matter → the bread and wine offered on the altar. Form → the words of Christ spoken by the priest: “This is My Body… This is My Blood.” Through the power of God, Heaven touches Earth at that moment. The Biblical Foundation Jesus made this doctrine unmistakably clear in the Gospel of John chapter 6: “Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.” Many disciples abandoned Him after hearing this because the teaching sounded too hard and too literal. Yet Christ never corrected them or softened His words. The Eucharist is therefore not optional in Catholic spirituality it is the center of Christian life itself. Why This Doctrine Matters If Transubstantiation is true, then every Catholic Mass is the greatest encounter with Jesus Christ on Earth. That means: the altar is holy, the tabernacle is sacred, and Holy Communion is not ordinary bread. It is Christ Himself. This doctrine was formally defined at the Fourth Lateran Council in 1215 and reaffirmed at the Council of Trent during the Protestant Reformation, when many reformers rejected or reinterpreted the Eucharist as symbolic. Yet for Catholics, the Eucharist remains the beating heart of the faith the miracle hidden in plain sight. So the question remains: If Christ truly meant what He said… how should we approach the Eucharist?
