A former Oxford United youth team player who went on to semi-professional football with clubs like Slough Town, Wealdstone and Oxford City, he later spent 15+ years in construction while chasing endurance sports: cycling, swimming, half-marathons and triathlons. That blend of physical grit and real-world hustle gave him a front-row seat to how poor money and poor health quietly erode people’s freedom and potential. Today he’s on a mission to help individuals and communities reclaim both: health, wealth, and life balance.
