$RIVN When will the controlled selling and buying end? Very likely it won’t stop until we have a close above the weekly 200 EMA (red line). This selling & buying is very predictable, this week we find a support within $13-14 range and the following weeks head back up. Two ways to play this: wait until it closes above the weekly 200 EMA or buy the dip. I might have to wait 🤷

They do claim he violated NDA to "never divulge, publish, or reveal by writing, words, conduct, or otherwise" so that's a problem -

Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned. Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice. There is no “justice” when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day. I don’t agree with what he did and he should be required to disgorge all the profits however, unless the DOJ plans on doing Congress next, this is not justice.
