@letsblinkit what's the process if a store sends the wrong item? I ordered red dragon fruit but got white. When I asked for a price adjustment, support said they can't because I've already cut/used it. But how do we know if it's red or white without cutting it first?

@OneAssist_Cares @oneassist_in - booked AC repair service today. When calling technician's contact number it's going to the person who is not even aware not a technician. There is no way to contact help desk. Just automatic irritating bot replies. I'm not even able to cancel it.

Dear @Olacabs, you really need to work on your drivers, educate them properly. Why the hell they accept booking if they don't want to go to a perticular location or they only wants cash. I'm assuming, now they see these deatils on there screen before accepting a ride.
