@CodeRedCard @StanfordWBB Glad you’ve come around and seen what’s happened. This ruins Tara’s legacy because the assistant coaches who she left in charge had 2 underwhelming seasons and created a toxic atmosphere.

I’m so upset about what has happened to @StanfordWBB The Legacy Naismith Hall Of Famer, Olympic Gold Medalist, 3x National Championship and at the time, winningest college basketball coach of all time, Tara Vanderveer left was beautiful. This is tragic as a fan.

When when you cook in a frying pan, you are utilizing conduction energy. It is quite powerful and can produce a great dark sear on the surface of meat from something called the maillard reaction. Paper acts like an insulator and reduces the amount of energy that is conducted to the meat so you don’t get the same great surface sear.

@hereisramji Clinical schedule is not often a full day / week: take out days for hospital consulting, surgeries, and then block clinical schedule for cases that need same day /urgent attention. Left with 50% FTE or less. Even less if they have admin, mgmt, research, or teaching responsibility

For my doctor friends, how are appointment slots a few months out for specialists? Is everything really scheduled back-to-back with no breaks for 3 months? Seems unrealistic 🤨
