@lbellion Hi Lee, we currently have an increased number of our trains going through unplanned maintenance. This means that some of our trains may be formed with fewer carriages than usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. ^LEX
@chilternrailway Congrats on having a short train formation from Oxford this morning 0705! Already busy from Oxford due to planned closure! Terrible planning and service! Where are these new longer trains? £47 to be squashed in an old diesel train! Thanks! #chilternrailway#gwr
@pacoarellano67@British_Airways@HeathrowAirport Same here! Courier company picked up bag at 8am 28th June. Still no sign! Running out of medication and very stressed! Please @British_Airways please sort. E-couriers not picking up calls or answering emails!!
@British_Airways@lbellion@HeathrowAirport That link appear that our bags have been found and should be delivered but they. Been with our bags over 72 hours more!! Now at the airport (again) they tell us they don’t know how to contact your courier company… please!! #worstairlineexperience
@British_Airways@HeathrowAirport My elderly parents in law are still waiting for their lost bag. It has medication and other essential items which is causing undue stress. Bag still somewhere in Heathrow since Tuesday. We really need this bag. Can someone please help speed this!
@CrossCountryUK 1303 from Birmingham - 4 carriages only for a Bank Holiday! Terrible! 100’s of passengers standing, people can’t get to their booked seats. Why only 4 carriages! Madness @transportgovuk unsafe!
@GrundigUK Terrible customer service. Engineer booked today - didn’t turn up as couldn’t find house - withheld number so can’t call the engineer back. Call centre don’t have the number either - 10th May next visit! This is not on! #grundig
@GWRHelp another day of train chaos from Oxford. £77 for the luxury of sitting on the floor on a 50min delayed train to Paddington! @TheOxfordMail@OxTweets
Abingdon Road remains closed and is being constantly monitored. Firefighters are still pumping water.
The road will open as soon as water from the river has receded enough. This currently looks unlikely to be today (Monday).

Some might say 2024 is the year of the dragon, but for us it’s definitely the year of the frog 🐸
What are some of yours ins and outs this year? And why don’t you download Seatfrog to help you do all of the ones we’ve put here? 💪
@Seatfrog - I have emailed a couple of times seeking a refund after my train was cancelled due to a line closure. I haven’t heard anything back and reluctant to use your service until this has been resolved. Thanks
@GWRHelp what is going on with your service this week. Every single train from Oxford to London and return - delayed! Currently on the 1132 from Oxford - again over 20mins late! Not on! #gwr#gwrtrains
