The Astros have reinstated OF LaMonte Wade Jr. (right hamstring strain) from the 10-day IL and recalled OF Zach Dezenzo from Triple-A Sugar Land. OF Jake Meyers and OF Joey Loperfido have been optioned to Triple-A Sugar Land.

It’s my mom’s birthday! I decided to share some moments through the years, going way back. If you know me, you know my mom is my best friend. She’s the strongest, smartest, most creative person I know. It’s been nice taking some time this summer to be with her and not be glued to my phone. I never want to look back and think I wasted any time. After my brother went to college, it was just me and my mom at home, and we’ve always had a close bond. I think I learned how NOT to be shy from her. She’s ballsy. I’ll never forget being in seventh grade and running late to school. As a perfectionist back then I was throwing a fit on the drive there. My mom had twisted her ankle, so she had a big boot on with pajamas to take me for drop off. I was livid I was going to be late. My mom pulls up to the curb at school and throws the car in park. She follows me in, pajamas and boot in tow. I sheepishly enter my first period class as she clomps in behind me. I was mortified. She throws her hands up and exclaims with full theatrics: “Everyone, just so you know… my son is PERFECT. He is NEVER late. It is all MY fault. I am a TERRIBLE mother. Blame me!! Not my PERFECT son!” She then pivots and stomps out with her boot. The teacher was astonished. I don’t think a parent had ever crashed his class in pajamas—chic ones mind you. The kids were in shock. I was mortified, but laughing cause that’s just my mom. She takes no prisoners. I get that from her. She instilled in us that we could do whatever we want in life. I love my mom immensely and thank you all for celebrating her birthday with us. She loves our community on here and reads all the comments. ♥️

Had a root canal today, but had to come see this for myself. Have seen a lot of people posting about Indians taking over the Horse Country of Texas (Aubrey/Pilot Point).
