@jacksmith023 @officer_Lew Yes, you can get in line for airline bag check anytime; family can sit within 15’ of the line. Frankly, at some point I’d have them head over to the TSA line to hold a spot, and then you head over after the bags are checked.

@BuenoForMiami @WallStreetApes @LibertarianJedi I'm told that you only use your insurance, for a major hospitalization. 3 years ago, used my insurance at my primary, 20 copay, and lab work got me 250 dollar bill. WTF! Next year, told them, got no insurance. so 110 for the doctor, 75 for the labs. 🤪

@WallStreetApes @LibertarianJedi I just got bloodwork. They said insurance would bill me about $250 for it. I asked what the cost was without insurance and it was $60. I asked to take away the insurance and they said they couldn’t. It’s a scam. The whole thing is a major scam.

American is a healthy 28 year old, he decided to skip paying for health insurance this year because the cheapest plan was $900 per month with a high deductible He had to spend 2 nights in the ER without insurance, he breaks down the bill “This is my receipt from spending 2 days in the hospital: - It totaled about $24,000 - My CT scan alone was $8,300 - Laboratory, 6,000 - IV therapy, $1,020, $4,000 in total And while $24,000 seems like a lot of money, let me show you something. This is what I'm actually paying, $2,478 because when you don't have insurance, these hospitals give you a discount. They discounted $22,000 off of this bill” “But if I had insurance, I wouldn't have gotten that discount. So it would've been a $24,000 bill billed to my insurance, and then my insurance would've said, ‘Hey, you have a $5,000 deductible. You need to pay $5,000 for this last emergency room visit.’ Then you tack on the $900 a month that I'd be paying for that insurance. I'd be paying $20K this year for healthcare. So the craziest part about this is even if I have another hospital visit, by the end of this year, I'm still gonna be paying less than I would if I had insurance. At minimum, my cost for healthcare this year would've been $20,000 with insurance. Right now I'm at $2,400.” US Health Insurance is a scam

This woman thought she was facing a $4,500 dental nightmare... until she discovered the real scam 💥 Her local US dentist laid out a long list of "must-do" work: deep cleaning, multiple procedures, the works. The bill came to a staggering $4,500. She refused to accept it. Sent the exact treatment plan to a clinic in Tijuana. Their initial quote came back at just $800. She booked the trip and the in-person evaluation changed everything: the Tijuana team looked her over and said, "You don't need half of this." No deep cleaning required. No unnecessary fixes. Final cost for what she actually needed? $235. Ever been quoted insane prices for dental or medical work? I have… now I wonder why I didn’t check pricing elsewhere. 👇

@mhp_guy if they work for a hospital, they are already strangulated by Epic...and if they got an independent practice, yea, but can you get my records from epic to flow into my email? Most doctors seem to want to talk to the pt and AI generate the note. Is Nuance dragon doing that now?

I just spend a week at a Mexican resort with 150 doctors. And wow. I can now say with 100% certainty that I know what the biggest wealth creation opportunity of 2026 is. These guys are the best of the best, each making $500k - $5m+ per year. I gave a keynote about how to implement AI into their practices, and what I learned kind of shocked me. I asked how many knew what an AI wrapper was. MAYBE 2 hands halfheartedly went up. Vibe coding? Crickets. Replit? Nope. How many have ever uploaded a file to AI? Maybe 20% of people. I couldn't even get through my 2 hour talk because they were asking so many questions. These guys were almost all 35-55 year old wealthy Americans, on the cutting edge in their field. I don't care what size the business is - small, large, medium, it doesn't matter - business owners are DESPERATE for someone to do 3 things for them with AI. 1. Solve problems. 2. Save money. 3. Make money. So what's the opportunity? Get in front of them for free. Any way you can. In your local area, preferably. Rent a freakin' Holliday Inn conference room for an hour if you have to. Promote the event with the FB ads + Eventbrite integration. Have your buddy sign them up for a demo in the back of the room. You will have 5 figures in monthly recurring revenue in a matter of days, not months. You don't have to do an event, but the close rate is stupid. I know of at least 10 people doing this today. X is a bubble. The stuff you see here about OpenClaw, AI wrappers, Claude's capabilities, etc, is all 2-3 years ahead of the general public.

I know a guy in Ohio clearing $1.1M/year connecting plumbers to AI he found the glitch: plumbers hate everything except fixing pipes they hate quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and the endless back-and-forth with customers he built a system that automates the entire mess: - auto-quotes - auto-scheduling - auto-invoicing - auto-reviews he charges $900/month per shop they don't even blink at the price because it buys their life back he didn't code a single thing from scratch he just stitched existing tools together now he has 102 shops on autopilot their revenue is up, their stress is gone, and they’re referring him to every other shop they know while tech bros are losing sleep trying to build "the next big platform," this guy automated toilets and retired at 39 unsexy problems are where the real money is hiding

A person with healthy teeth goes to the dentist for a cleaning. The dentist pokes their teeth with a dental probe that makes microscopic holes then sends them home. The dentist buys a fancy dinner that night. The person comes back to the dentist 6 months later. The dentist tells them that they have cavities and need fillings. The person pays thousand of dollars to get the fillings and goes home. The dentist buys a new iPhone. A year later they return to the dentist because of pain. The dentist tells them they need a root canal. The person comes back a week later for the very expensive root canal. The dentist drills into their tooth ripping out the nerve with corresponding blood vessels. Then he seals the tooth shut which creates an abscess in the tooth where blood can't reach. The person thanks the dentist and goes home. The dentist buys a new car. A couple months later the person feels sick because rotting flesh is starting to form in the abscess that the dentist made. The dentist tells them that they will need another expensive procedure. The person who no longer has healthy teeth gets the procedure and goes home. The dentist buys bitcoin. They return 6 months later so that the dentist can clean their child’s teeth. The cycle continues…

BREAKING: Vanity Fair author Chris Whipple just revealed stunning details from his conversations with Susie Wiles, Trump’s chief of staff. Here’s what she told him: - Wiles said she has read the Epstein documents and acknowledged that Trump’s name is in them. - Wiles said she urged Trump NOT to pardon the most violent January 6 rioters. He ignored her advice. - She admitted Trump is looking for retribution...“when there’s an opportunity, he will go for it.” - She tried to convince Trump to stop “score-settling” against political enemies after 90 days in office. That effort failed because Trump’s desire for retribution never stopped. - Wiles directly contradicted Trump’s claims about Bill Clinton, stating there is “no evidence” Clinton ever visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island. - She described Trump as having “an alcoholic’s personality.” Wiles said her ability to work with him comes from growing up with an alcoholic father, the sportscaster Pat Summerall. - On Vice President JD Vance, Wiles said he has “been a conspiracy theorist for a decade,” and that his conversion from Trump critic to loyalist was political, driven by his Senate ambitions rather than principle. - She described Elon Musk as “an avowed ketamine user,” “an odd, odd duck,” whose actions were often not “rational” and left her “aghast.” - She called budget director Russell T. Vought a “right-wing absolute zealot.” - Wiles defended USAID, saying that “anyone who has paid attention to government knows they do very good work.” - She said Attorney General Pam Bondi “completely whiffed” the handling of the Epstein files, explaining: “First she gave binders full of nothingness. Then she claimed the witness list or client list was on her desk. There is no client list — and it sure as hell wasn’t on her desk.” - She said the administration needed to “look harder” at deportations to avoid mistakes. - Referring to two mothers who were arrested and deported with their children after voluntarily attending routine immigration meetings, Wiles said: “I can’t understand how you make that mistake — but somebody did.” - She tried unsuccessfully to get Trump to delay major tariffs, citing a “huge disagreement” among his advisers. - Wiles summed up Trump’s governing mindset this way: He operates with a belief that there is nothing he can’t do. Nothing. Zero. Nothing.

Know how to speak about the danger of Islam. Here are a few helpful hints.... 1) The stated objective of Islam is to wage war against non-muslims to establish a Global Islamic State (caliphate) under "allah's divine law"/sharia. 2) All authoritatively published sharia mandates that all non-muslims must convert to Islam or be killed. Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians must convert to Islam, pay the non-muslim poll tax and submit to sharia, or be killed. 3) When someone tells you Al Qaeda or ISIS or the Muslim Brotherhood or Hizbollah or Iran are "radicals" ask them where is that "other version" of Islam they are talking about taught. Ask them to name one book of Islamic Law/sharia or one text book used in America to teach muslim children about Islam which does not state the purpose of Islam is to impose sharia on the earth. They can't name one because it doesn't exist. 4) The Islamophobia campaign is used to silence all truthful discussion about Islam by imposing the Islamic Law of Slander on non-muslims. In sharia "Slander" is defined as saying anything about Islam "a muslim would dislike" and its a capital crime. Therefore, to be called an "Islamophobe" is to be threatened with death by muslims. Speak truth about Islam using sharia and don't back down. 5) The "moderate muslims" like Raheel Raza, Qanta Ahmed, Zuhdi Jasser and the rest of them serve a specific purpose in the Islamic Movement. They tell us there is a difference between Islam & Islamism, Sharia & Sharia Law, etc. They exist to perpetuate the myth there are competing versions of Islam which is an outright lie. And all 3 of the "moderate muslims" listed above are propelled by conservatives (do your homework and you'll see who). 6) Stop quoting the Quran & Hadith to people because muslims are not obliged to impose the Quran or Hadith on the earth, they are obliged to wage war until the SHARIA is imposed on the earth. Sharia is easy to understand and all of the questions have been answered. There is NO DISAGREEMENT in sharia when it comes to the non-muslim population. Muslims must wage war against non-muslims to establish a global Islamic State under sharia. 7) Focus on the life of Mohammed. In Islam Mohammed is the perfect man for all muslims for all time. Authoritative sharia reveals Mohammed: commanded muslims to wage war against non-muslims until they "testify there is no god but allah"; tortured people; killed (beheaded) up to 900 Jews after the Battle of the Trench; married a 6 year old girl & consummated the marriage when she was 9. This is the example muslims follow which is why there is no place for them in civilized society and why civilized societies across the world are being overrun by these barbarians.
