Politicians are lobbied by ticket companies, it's why you'll often see them at big gigs/sports events. The biggest "legal" seller of tickets was able to act as a tout today, with total immunity from the law. It's not free market capitalism, it's touting, protected.

@premierinn why were me and my family woke up at 0700 after checking in at 0400 after being delayed on a flight for 4 hours - by someone letting themselves into our room with a card and only left when my girlfriend shouted at him? Is this acceptable?? How do I write a complaint?
