@DoorDash when will the callback you promised occur? I’ve been waiting since Tuesday evening. I was hopeful your customer service was more reliable than the promos you push but again I’m disappointed. @UberEats will be my preference for future. @DoorDash is bad business!!!

@riteaid I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, efficiency, or care provided by @riteaid. I transferred a prescription to @riteaid on Monday and the experience has been a saga! This location does not answer the phone, the lines and wait times are horrible!

@DIRECTV I am almost 30 days without a receiver, 5 calls lasting more than 1 hour, 4 promises to follow through, yet I am still in the same position I was when this ordeal began. The delay in resolution has given me a lot of time to ponder @comcast or #philotv service philosophy!

@DIRECTV none of the agents I have spoken with can give me a status or a supervisor but they were happy to charge the cost of shipment to me. Very FRAUDULENT!!!!! Funny how they were quick to bill but very clueless about how to help thereafter!
