yesterday @DStrachman told me to stop perfecting and just ship, Ive been building CoDuck since august, the site works, ai generates real sites, previews spin up, backend is solid. I just keep finding reasons to not launch because I always tell myself it could be better. that's done. next 2 weeks i'm finishing the last few things and then i'm going live. posting every day, getting beta testers, letting real people break it. and here's our new website :)

Ive recently been forcing myself to put down my phone and just think. Instead of scrolling I sit in a corner like a kid in timeout and start at a wall, at the ceiling, or even out a car window… I’m trying to phase out scrolling entirely, still trying to figure out what is productive scrolling and doomscrolling like TikTok vs X or Substack, but even those can be brainrot sometimes would reccomend, 30 mins, no phone no music.
