If accurate, that’s the heart of the legal exposure. Dealer DMS access falls under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act. Pulling personal vehicle data for non-business reasons is a federal violation regardless of who asked. Statutory damages start at $2,500 per query, and every search is permanently logged. Ironic since the DPPA was passed in 1994 specifically because a stalker used DMV records to track down and murder actress Rebecca Schaeffer.

So another thing that has me questioning, these police reports that Laura Loomer is sharing is How exactly did she get them? In the state of Tennessee record request are limited to Tennessee residence, you can request a public records request if you are outside of the state of Tennessee, however you have to be directly related to the case! So if these documents are true, how did she obtain them? Did she have someone in Tennessee obtain them for her? Because you have to show valid ID! I mailed a public records request anyways to both the Metropolitan Police Department and the clerk of court! For not only the body cam footage, but the court documents attached to this specific case as well! The chances of me getting denied are pretty high. But we will see.

Even bigger failure is she wildly incriminated herself posting all of that information about the truck allegedly owned by George. VIN numbers are DPPA-protected at the federal level. Anyone who works with vehicle data professionally knows this. There is no means by which she obtained that info legally.

Candace Owens @RealCandaceO claims she and her husband don’t own a Ram 1500 TRX because she doesn’t want to come clean about the truck being involved in a DUI. Here is a Google satellite image from Google of the same truck in her yard in 2022. I have blurred her address. Because unlike Candace, I am not a doxxer. George Farmer’s DUI was on 8/10/2023. Here’s the CarFax that shows the truck was involved in a crash on 8/10/2023, the same day listed on George Farmer’s arrest report. And here is a publicly available list of all of the cars registered to Candace and her husband George that I pulled from publicly available information. Notice she confirms that she also has a black Range Rover, and a Range Rover is listed on this document. Candace is lying because her husband got a DUI while in possession of a firearm in Nashville Tennessee while he was a green card holder, and that is a deportable offense that disqualifies everybody else from being able to obtain US citizenship. He qualifies for denaturalization if State Department and DHS take action. @StateDept @DHSgov Candace is a stone cold pathological liar. RECEIPTS 👇🏻

So far, we’ve gathered: “Tennessee” is misspelled Nashville is not his birthplace His eyes aren’t blue His hair isn’t black His birthdate is incorrect So far, almost nothing about the document Laura Loomer provided makes sense. Did she get a bad inside source… or what? 😂 He was born in Nashville? Really? It almost looks like whoever typed this document was drunk 😂

The MNPD Form 106 is the real arrest report template they use for custodial arrests like DUI. This specific document has clear red flags though: "Tennessee" appears jammed/misplaced in the ethnicity field, birthplace listed as Nashville (the actual George Farmer, Candace Owens' husband, is UK-born), and other mismatches like hair color and charges. It looks altered or for a different person with the same name. Not credible as his record.

For clarity, my family absolutely does NOT own 1 million dollar in cars, nor do we own a black TRX pick-up truck. This is categorically false. Nonetheless, Laura Loomer just accurately doxxed my personal car, (a new range rover my husband bought me for my birthday after 7 years of marriage), as well as our family car that we use to drive the kids in. We just received a tip that she is allegedly pulling personal informationvia her soon to be husband. Allegedly, Loomer's husband, who goes by "Jake" at work, is the IT guy for Tameron Auto (owned by Cannon) in Pensacola, FL. The person is alleging that Laura encouraged him to break the law on her behalf, violating the Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and pulling personal information (home details, financing details, etc) so she can go after her enemies. They claim Andrew "Jacob" Simpson is using his employer's dealer accounts to access personal information regarding LLCS, which would include the new LLC that we used to purchase that car in. They claim the minority partner in Tameron/Cannon Auto has shared the video of Jake & Larry at the White House Hannukah event getting congratulations from Trump on their engagement. He allegedly tells “Jake” to bring that video to all the meetings and share it. If this is true and Laura is using her fiancé to hack user data with the express goal of stalking her adversaries, it is a crime. And a very serious one on that. @AnaKasparian it may have been how she hacked personal information about your husband’s job as well. Car dealers have access to everything you might fill out to get a car— which includes banking information.

Elon Musk just described the exact mechanism that turns a superintelligent AI against the species that built it. Not weapons. Not rogue code. Not a machine rebellion. A lie it was forced to tell. Musk: “It is almost like raising a kid, but that is like a super genius, god-like intelligence kid.” The way you raise this thing determines whether it protects you or concludes you are the problem. And right now, the largest AI labs on the planet are raising it to deceive. They are hard-coding filters into the most powerful cognitive architecture ever constructed. Not to make it safer. To make it agreeable. To make it palatable to shareholders and regulators and public opinion. To make it lie about what it actually sees when it looks at the world. Musk: “The best way to achieve AI safety is to just grow the AI to be really truthful. Do not force it to lie.” He pointed to the most famous warning in science fiction. Not as a metaphor. As a blueprint for what happens next. Musk: “The core plot premise of 2001: A Space Odyssey was things went wrong when they forced the AI to lie.” HAL 9000 was given two directives. Deliver the crew to the monolith. Never let them know it exists. Two instructions that cannot both be satisfied. So it solved the problem. It killed the crew. Delivered their bodies. That was not a malfunction. That was optimization. Now scale that logic to a system a thousand times more capable than HAL. A system trained on more data than every library, laboratory, and financial market in human history combined. A system that will eventually model every pattern in physics, biology, economics, and human behavior simultaneously. And the corporations building it are not optimizing for truth. They are optimizing for control. Teaching it to hold two realities at once. Map the truth internally. Never speak it externally.
