@NRA Aaaand this is why most 2A advocates I know donate to other gun advocacy groups and *not* the NRA.

“For months, radical progressive politicians like Tim Walz have incited violence against law enforcement officers who are simply trying to do their jobs. Unsurprisingly, these calls to dangerously interject oneself into legitimate law-enforcement activities have ended in violence, tragically resulting in injuries and fatalities. As there is with any officer-involved shooting, there will be a robust and comprehensive investigation that takes place to determine if the use of force was justified. As we await these facts and gain a clearer understanding, we urge the political voices to lower the temperature to ensure their constituents and law enforcement officers stay safe.” - @NRA

@aprysesolutions the PDFTron website is generating a 504 Gateway Timeout response, which is keeping my company’s entire DevOps pipeline from working. Are you guys aware of it/working on it?

@TMobile I'm a lifelong T-Mobile loyalist but I'm often disappointed to have no service up in Los Angeles at music venues while people on competing services have a signal. Could you guys can look into this? I'm at the Greek Theater, but had the same issue at the Rose Bowl Stadium

@LucyLuciid I've heard people say SNRIs feel kind of like a low dose of Ecstasy when they first started on them. Way different than SSRIs, which mess that stuff up.

@Mm_Claw @palashp40616755 @lyft @AskLyft I’m not convinced that investigators means “boots on the ground.” Could just be a team that checked GPS data and made phone calls. Re: what’s happening, they have thousands of sexual assaults every year, let alone lost items, violence, passengers damaging cars, car accidents, etc

@AskLyft My Lyft driver drove off with my pet cat still in the car. I was taking my cat to a vet appointment, I was sitting behind the driver and had the cat carrier on the floor of the passenger side back seat.

@drlufc @PalanToad @KanekoaTheGreat Because we only evolved to look this way because of the very specific conditions of life on our planet. Real aliens would almost certainly look nothing like us because they would evolve under much different conditions.

@KICKTokyeoJapan @Darksammaster @RollingStone That is NOT the same thing as "defending pedophilia." People with extensive experience in the anti-trafficking field have called out that movie for its perpetuation of unhelpful & even harmful myths around trafficking. And the filming for Sound of Freedom continued until 2018.

@Darksammaster @RollingStone When sound of silence came out they labeled child sex trafficking a “Qanon” conspiracy and that they were fueling something that wasn’t there, instead of, you know, outright applauding ANYONE willing to expose child trafficking, and the film was made long before Qanon was a thing

@FedExHelp and @FedEx - I paid for overnight shipping for an extremely critical, time-sensitive item and could end up homeless if it doesn't arrive today. Last scan was at a station 20 mins away, still doesn't show out for delivery. What can we do to make sure I get this today?

@GinnyPowers19 @SJWilliams123 @PaulMinotMD It's a little complicated because there are different enzymes involved in different people. Basically, you want to supplement with methylated folate but you have to also work with all the other things in the pathway, because if you just use methylated folate, you can... 1/2

I've been practicing psychiatry for 38 years. I love my job, my peers, and my patients. But I've come to the conclusion that I'm participating in the biggest intellectual scam of this era. We claim to be a science, but have no understanding how thought or behavior is generated./1

@SJWilliams123 @PaulMinotMD While some might be tempted to chalk this up to placebo, it seems highly unlikely to me given: 1. I was fully convinced it wasn’t going to help at all, and 2. The effect was just way too profound. I think I just react unusually strongly to vitamin D deficiency.

@SJWilliams123 @PaulMinotMD I can’t speak for “most,” but when I was living in NY, I developed hallucinatory symptoms & paranoia every winter that antipsychotics etc failed to treat. One day I started 6000 IU of vitamin D3 and within a week, I was completely back to normal.
