@Banana_Oncology @PersonalisInc Assuming $ntra is down due to $psnl Medicare coverage news, it’s down $1.1B while $PSNL is up a paltry $50M. I now know what you mean by “medical device” companies getting no love.

Why should you use @PersonalisInc $PSNL MRD test if you are a late-stage solid tumor patient receiving immunotherapies? Because you can foresee how well the immunotherapy is working for you as soon as 3 weeks treatment, way before any radiographic scan, and this test predicts long term survival outcome That may provide you and your oncologist plenty of time to plan ahead if immunotherapy isn't serving you well and avoid unnecessary toxicity and financial burden. Test is now covered by Medicare *mR = molecular response

@LogicalThesis Anyone selling $psnl now should never buy another biotech stock. Conservatively this will get to $30 in the next year it very well might get bought out by Merck or Tempus before that. Natera is the competitor with first Mover advantage but inferior technology.

Today's $PSNL fade from the highs feels like trapped longs finally getting a chance to get out of the position Imo this is the wrong behavior. This is a day you buy, not sell. Further validation with the third indication getting Medicare insurance coverage. "Exciting follow up data" on CRC at ASCO next month. Likely the next indication to be submitted for coverage. The story is coming together quickly.

I was on a train in Tokyo. We stopped between stations. Announcement in Japanese, then in English: "We apologize for the delay. We will resume shortly." The delay was maybe 3 minutes. Not a big deal. When the train started moving again, another announcement: "We sincerely apologize for the delay. We were stopped for 3 minutes and 20 seconds. This is unacceptable. Thank you for your patience." Three minutes and twenty seconds. They measured it exactly. And called it unacceptable. When I got off at my stop, there were station staff on the platform bowing and handing out delay certificates. I took one out of curiosity. It was an official document stating that the train had been delayed by 3 minutes and 20 seconds, signed and stamped. The staff member said in English "for your employer. So they know the delay was not your fault." I said I'm a tourist, I don't need it. He looked confused. "But the delay affected you. You deserve an apology." Three minutes. They were treating a three-minute delay like a major incident. Later I mentioned this to a Japanese friend. They said "oh yes, delay certificates are normal. Trains are supposed to be exactly on time. If they are late, they must apologize." I said three minutes isn't late, it's nothing. My friend said "in Japan, three minutes is late. On time means on time. Not approximately on time." They said the train company probably investigated why there was a 3-minute delay. "They will find the cause and fix it so it doesn't happen again." I kept the certificate. It's framed in my apartment now. A reminder that somewhere in the world, people care about three minutes. © 6IX.

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.

Anyone got an explanation for the selloff in $ABVX today? Were people betting on an announcement of a sale at annual meeting and now are selling?

McDonald’s tray etiquette, what’s the actual rule? Saw a situation the other day where a group finished eating, left their trays on the table, and headed out. An older customer stopped them and called them “disrespectful” for not cleaning up after themselves. It escalated quickly. I’ve noticed people usually clean up after themselves pretty well, and then McDonald’s staff wipes down the tables. So it surprised me when this turned into a confrontation. Is there an unspoken standard now where customers are expected to fully bus their own tables? Or is it still expected that McDonald’s cleans up after customers? Curious what everyone thinks, do you usually clean your own tray at McDonald’s or just leave it?

Ladies: If one single video could convince you to stay armed and ready, this is it.. Nobody cares anymore. Not the driver who passed by without so much as a honk. Certainly not this concerned citizen recording this attack. Purchase a firearm. We don't have to live like this.

"While Ramirez was unarmed, authorities say he was 'using force,' and the father had no way of knowing whether he had a weapon." Wait, wait - what? We're trying to explain why the father reacted the way he did? Why isn't this simply a story of a father protecting his family by shooting a thug trying to steal his car with his kids inside? Why does that need further explanation?

FIRST ON FOX: Shocking video shows a Texas father fatally shooting an illegal immigrant from Mexico as the migrant tried to carjack his vehicle with his family inside. Officials say suspect Jose Ramirez parked at a nearby gas station and was unsuccessfully attempting to "take several vehicles by force" in the parking lot. Ramirez was then seen running across the road to a convenience store parking lot where he attempts to forcefully take the father's car. While Ramirez was unarmed, authorities say he was "using force," and the father had no way of knowing whether he had a weapon.

@FoxNews We need to talk about why we value property over human life. This father had no right to play executi0ner against an unarmed man. It is a sad day when we celebrate a death sentence for a car. Metal can be replaced, but a human soul cannot.

@seedy19tron If they were targeting 75% of the full capped royalty amount which seems more reasonable, then an $ABVX takeout price at about $263/share would get them there.

If I was holding a 2% royalty on a drug compared to $6B per year Entyvio, I'd want a deal that gave me a good chance at the full capped $172M EUR. Has anyone else done the math on what price $ABVX needs to be for them to get the full amount from their 403K shares? ~$380/share 🤯

I likely won't ever found a startup but seeing @kanvasbio raise $ 48M from non-HC-specialist funds, to add another tombstone to the microbiome-onc graveyard, is a nice reminder that I probably can if I want to. TechBio VC appears easy to manipulate. Might delete this later ;)
