When interviewing people, the main thing I look for in the questions they ask is whether they are asking questions *to build a mental model of the company/team*, or whether they are just asking semi-random questions (worst is no questions at all, ofc). These look very different.

The intelligence required to succeed in America has changed tremendously in 100 years. We used to have guys like Andrew Carnegie (steel), Henry Ford (cars), and Vanderbilt (ships and railroads). The spatial intelligence required to build their businesses is useless today. Today is all about verbal and math skills. The only exceptions to this rule use government money, whether it’s subsidies or government contracts, to succeed. The last great spatial intelligence billionaire who didn’t rely heavily on government money was Bezos. Roomba (an MIT innovation) just went bankrupt, bought by the Chinese. Boston Dynamics is owned by the Koreans. America cannot rise again until spatial intelligence is respected economically our country’s markets.

For me I don’t eat between the meals - for breakfast I have two boiled eggs and one toast and cup of tea - for lunch I make my own salad adding chickpeas , tomatoes , blue berries / sometimes guava , cucumber , avocado and grilled chicken , for dinner grilled meat , broccoli and try something on different t says and drink plenty of water , strength training twice a week and 10 k steps everyday . I don’t smoke , no alcohol, no desert , no processed food , no fizzy drinks . I’m very disciplined and I’m 49 years of age

I used to believe that when you have high diabetes level, walking or exercising can bring it down. When the diabetes level was below 10, I started exercising (10 minutes ago) but the level is still rising. Doing al sorts of data analysis with my Libre 2 diabetes monitoring sensor.
