@Se_Railway your pet policy says passengers can take up to 2 small dogs on the train. But I have 1 medium size Labrador. Is she allowed on the train?

@bt_uk please could you confirm you have major issue with broadband right now? Beyond frustrating trying to find an answer on your website! For a communication company you don’t communicate very well!

@sewateruk key to a crisis is communication! Your text alerts are sporadic as are your emails and the website isnt being updated regularly enough! Water stations need to be set up nearer than Pembury and East Grinstead for a town the size of Crowborough 🤯@Nus_Ghani

@LloydsPharmacy the NHS emergency prescription sends me to your branch in Tunbridge Wells Sainsburys as they are supposed to be open until 10pm. I get there and they’re closed. Apparently they do it a lot & shut up early… so unhelpful & poor service. Thanks for add’l stress!

@Morrisons v disappointed by a (very) unhelpful staff member in the bakery in Crowborough. Every time (over a few weeks) I ask to have a loaf sliced he tells me the slicer is broken & waiting for an engineer. I know he just can’t be bothered to do it. There’s other loaves sliced!

@NespressoUK terrible… ordered my coffee 21 Dec. No sign… so off I went to your ‘boutique’ in Bluewater & after queuing for 15 mins (by the way you should restrict family groups of 5 going in and faffing about). Finally get to front of the queue & you’ve no Columbia coffee.

@GMB why does Adil Ray keep talking over Kate. It’s beyond irritating & rude. Please tell him to stop!!!

@Pandora_UK really poor service. Item in stock online, ordered & then told order has been cancelled. When questioned I’m told they are in stock online but when order reaches distribution centre they don’t have any so is cancelled. This makes no sense. Very poor customer service
