Rain will overspread the region by this afternoon and become heavy at times this evening and tonight. Widespread amounts of 1-2" of rain are forecast and a Flood Watch is in effect for much of the region from this evening through Friday.

Today firefighters picked up a special Toys for Tots donation from Waterford Elementary kindergartners. As part of a lesson on earning money and giving back, the kids made and sold Christmas ornaments. With their profits, they BOUGHT & DONATED nearly $200 worth of toys! #Heroes
