If you are a business owner and do this, you will open yourself up to a discrimination claim for providing what amounts to one facility for men and one mixed sex. It could be expensive. Pro tip, don't take legal advice from trans activists on X!

.@MatthewStadlen, the figures tell a partial story. Here's the rest. Net migration down 48 percent, measured from the highest artificially engineered peak in British history, driven by Conservative policy decisions in late 2023 and early 2024. Net migration at 171,000 is back to roughly where it was before the Boriswave. Non-EU net migration still stands at 350,000, roughly double pre-Brexit levels. Total arrivals in 2025 were 813,000. Nearly a million people in a single year. Small boats down 41 percent year to date. Let's examine that claim. In the first half of 2025, small boat crossings were up 48 percent on the same period in 2024 and set a new record for the first six months of any year since records began in 2018. The comparison point you are using is the record-breaking surge of 2025. Measuring a fall from your own record high isn't an achievement. It's arithmetic. And as of this afternoon, 162 migrants have crossed the Channel today alone. A former chief border inspector is warning that many hundreds more will attempt the crossing in coming days as the heatwave makes conditions ideal. The summer surge has begun. The cumulative picture tells the real story. Over 200,000 people have crossed the Channel illegally since 2018. Only around 7,500, roughly 4 percent, have been returned. Returns and deportations up 7 percent sounds impressive until you note that the removal rate remains catastrophically low. A 7 percent improvement on near zero is still near zero. The official estimate of people living in Britain without authorisation is between 700,000 and 900,000, though a study commissioned by Thames Water and obtained by the Telegraph under freedom of information suggests the true figure may exceed one million nationally, with up to 585,000 in the capital alone. That's one in thirteen of London's population. The data underpinning that study dates from 2017, before the Channel crossing surge began in earnest. The real figure today is almost certainly considerably higher. None of them appear in any of your statistics. And none of this addresses what is happening on the ground. Yesterday seven Afghan nationals appeared in Norwich charged with 40 offences including rape and human trafficking of teenage girls. On the same day seven men including an Iranian and a Syrian appeared in Bristol charged with over 40 offences against eleven teenage victims. Numbers on a spreadsheet do not capture what is being dispersed into British communities. That's the story the statistics do not tell.

@DuncanHenry78 he's far from normal. he's a devious psychopath. he's constantly arguing for a definition of "true trans" and would you believe he meets his own benchmark. he's a truly awful person.

Mr Wu now raging against Sonia Sodha. I am embarrassed I once thought this man was a reasonable person. Of course he’s not! He wants everyone to pretend he’s a woman and to use women only spaces. How dim of me to think he’d be reasonable 🤪 Note to self: men who deny they are men are by definition *not reasonable*

@TezzaLap @iona11011 @StandingforXX your belief that the reason *must* be related to one of those 4 examples shows you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. i'm permanently ignoring you now.

@Independent i'm sure men will find a way to blame women for this. 👍

@TezzaLap @iona11011 @StandingforXX i'll bite one more time... i understand the equality act. none of this contradicts anything that i've said to you. the bar can refuse service. they don't need to give a reason. in this case they cited "alarm and discomfort of staff". describe what was discriminatory.

The reason people are actually saying this is that they find it deeply offensive that someone they perceive as beneath them could actually have the same organs as them. Always remember this

Your hormone induced chippy tits are the result of excess Oestrogen. Males who have excess Oestrogen naturally do not end up with the same breast tissue as women. What it does do is increase your chances of breast cancer. But my breasts are not the same as yours sir.

@McrGreenParty the erasure of women's sex-based rights in favour of men is in fact wildly unpopular. 👍

@TezzaLap @AlexCam04 @StandingforXX no that's not how common law works with a public house. again you're just telling me what you feel is true, not what is actually true. i'm going to stop listening to you now.

@iona11011 @TezzaLap @StandingforXX they don't actually have to give you a reason, no. in this case they stated the reason was causing discomfort. explain what was discriminatory in this situation and i might take you seriously. i'm correct. you can't compel someone to serve you. laugh all you want. 🤷‍♂️

@TezzaLap @lowercaselevity @StandingforXX 🤣🤣🤣 always! I haven't held an alcohol license for over 15 years but as part of licensing you have to log refusals with a reason, but that reason can't be discrimination. The slavery point did give me a laugh so not a complete waste of my time 🤣

Just amazing that the conclusion Owen draws from this is "women shouldn't have their own spaces" rather than "men should do something about their own behaviour"

@TezzaLap @AlexCam04 @StandingforXX of course they can. you're arguing with what you feel should be true, not what is true. it's private premises and they can absolutely ask you to leave. i love these ladies and what they stand for. it's irrelevant to the situation.

@lowercaselevity @AlexCam04 @StandingforXX No premises open to the public can refuse service arbitrarily and they cannot ask peaceful people to drink up & leave. They have broken the law through unlawful discrimination. You know this, you just don’t like that these days people are prepared to take action for it.

@TezzaLap @iona11011 @anon_gencrit @StandingforXX i'm not a lefty and i'm not pretending to not understand. i'd wager i understand it better than you. if you can explain what was discriminatory about the staff member asking the women to leave for causing discomfort then go for it.

The fundamental reason a lot of cis people have no idea what hrt does to trans people is because they subconsciously believe males and females are separate species.
