@Tesla almost four hours later we finally got the car towed and now they changed our customer care rep who is giving us trouble about a rental car and can’t get us a loaner. Horrible customer service. #teslafail #ShameOnYou

One month in and stranded in the side of the road. @Tesla customer service is surprisingly bad. Have to wait 2 hours to be towed, service centers close to NYC do not open until Monday so I am left with no car. After pleading and complaining I was offered a rental, vs a loner car.
